This was my fourth time to utilize this company. They are always professional, courteous and well prepared for any job they undertake. I will continue to use them and I recommend them without reservation.

They were recommended by a family member when a mistake with the city's plumbing caused my hot water tank to burst. They came over within an hour of my calling them to assess the situation and help as much as they could that night. They were able to replace my water heater the next day. The couple who own the company were very nice and friendly as well.

I can always rely on Smart Guy Plumbing to be professional and timely with their response. I’ve used them twice now and will continue to use them! This time was due to a pex pipe from my water heater cracking. Lucas came within an hour of me calling and fixed it within 30 minutes! He also assisted by starting the water heater and turning the water back on to ensure the problem was resolved.

Lucas was super helpful. He performed his job quick and efficiently. He even gave some super helpful tips for maintenance on my plumbing. If I have problems again I will definitely be calling Smart Guy plumbing and ask for Lucas.

Lucas Chappell did great. He listened to our concerns. He evaluated the efforts of the Help Services people who marked the lines. He said the report and marking from Help Services was not very helpful. Maybe you should consider recommending another service for your customers.

His efforts were highly efficient and he was careful not to make any more openings in the wall than necessary. My wife and I are very grateful for his efforts due to his courtesy, professionalism and ability.

My first time to use Smart Guy Plumbing and I was very pleased. He was able to come early. Looked at my issue and said he had all the parts and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. He also looked at my hot water tanks and checked for leaks. Showed me the shut off valves on the tanks in case of leaks. I also had questions about other services they did, and he was very informative about the products and installation if needed. Very polite and nice young man. I will be using them again.

I had a really clogged sewer line and Lucas from Smart Guy Plumbing did a great job getting us flowing again. Not only was Lucas very good at his trade but he was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Smart Guy Plumbing.

Called Smart Guy Plumbing, spoke with a very nice lady who had a plumber here within the hour. Aiden had my drain completely clear in a short time. All in all it was a great interaction. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone with Smart Guy Plumbing has been amazing. From my initial phone call with Tina, who scheduled our appointment to Lucas who came over and assessed what is going on with our plumbing. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. They will be assessing our situation further at a later time but I trust their judgement and that they will be able to correct the problem for us.

These guys are awesome and great customer service! My dad and I found where the leak was on his main line to the house but needed someone to come fix it ASAP as he had to have his water off. They came within 3 hrs and had it all fixed! Will definitely use them again next time we need any plumbing services.

Our main sewerage line was clogged & backing up. I messaged one of the most known plumbing companies in OKC to come out. They advertise 24/7 service. Got no reply to my service request on the site. I messaged another one of the big guys. After one text exchange, they stopped messaging me!
Next I did what I should have done first and called my dad. He said to call Smart Guys. Tina picked up the phone right away (no impersonal online/text based service request like the other guys). A few hours later Lucas was on the job. Not only did he repair the main problem, but knocked out fixing a toilet and a sink that he noticed for good measure. Excellent service!
