I received a roof replacement and gutters. 5/5. Thorough inspection and very communicative. The roofing crew was hard-working and cleanup spot on. Kevin Barton was my project manager and was great. Several people at my place of business recommended Family Tree. I'm glad I listened!

They were able to get the project scheduled very quickly, and they did great work. Also, of all the companies I talked to, they gave me the best price. Absolutely recommend.

Brandon Witten - owner and CEO of Family Tree Roofing personally took care of me and my property and was the foreman for the entire job from start to finish As with any project, a couple of issues were encountered as I expected. Brandon reacted like a true professional, and resolved each issue with urgency.

The last roofing company that I used 10 years ago sold me ridge vents and four attic vents. Brandon educated me to let me know that both components counteract each other. This time he gave me 11 roof vents and I will attest that he is a genius. My attic temperature during the heat of the summer was reduced by over 40°.

I had a disappointing experience with Family Tree Roofing. Communication was very poor throughout the project. They often failed to return calls and did not keep me updated about the work schedule. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I expected more professionalism.

Edwin came out today to look at a spot on the roof. After looking at the area, he was able to repair it in a short time. I would highly recommend Edwin and Family Tree Roofing from a simple repair to a completely new roof.

I recently purchased a house and needed some advice on what to do with the roof. Not knowing anyone in the area my realtor contacted Family Tree Roofing. Jayden Peña came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and I’m glad he did. He took his time, treated me like an old friend, and was able to guide me in the right direction. He definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

We had Brandon give us an estimate for a new roof and found out we had hail damage. We contacted State Farm got the inspection and they approved for a new roof all in 2 days. We thought we were going to have to pay out of pocket so it was a great surprise to get it covered. FTC did an awesome job with the whole job from removing, repairing and replacing, and cleaning up in a day and a half. Plus the shingles he recommended will now give us a discount on our insurance policy. Would highly recommend 😊

Replacing a roof can be a very stressful experience, but Jayden Piña and all of the crew at Family Tree Roofing walked us through it with expertise, problem-solving, and attention to detail. When our Flagstone walkway was damaged during the process, they went the extra mile to make sure the replacement was to our satisfaction. During the process, they also discovered that we had wood rot on a very high dormer and window that we would’ve never known about. This allowed us to get that repaired as well before it became a bigger problem. We highly recommend Family Tree Roofing.

Edwin happened to knock on my door right when I needed him offering a free inspection, where he found that some nails and shingles had torn loose without blowing away. Gunned and sealed them back in for free and quoted me for a new roof should I need it. That's what I call honest business. A tree poked two holes in my roof this morning during a storm and they were out here ASAP to place a tarp over them so we wouldn't drown. They were professional, communicative, respectful, patient, understanding, and even so generous to help my neighbor who had a smaller branch stuck on their roof.

Same with the woman who answered my call to get our information. Not trying to manifest more natural disasters but they'd be my first pick again.

After these wild winds here in Oklahoma, something on my house was blown off and it looked terrible. My husband could fix it, but we didn't have a ladder high enough! After asking everyone we knew, we reached out on the neighborhood page, and a kind person offered to help. His ladder wasn't long enough, but, in came Brandon from Family Tree Roofing. Without knowing me at all, he offered to drop off a ladder for us to borrow. He even offered to help my husband if needed. He dropped the ladder off when he said he would and picked it up when he said he would. He was so kind to help strangers, and he wouldn't let us pay him at all. Because of his integrity and kindness, I will definitely be using him company again as needed! He is one of few companies who still believes that people, integrity, and honesty are more important than a dollar, and that's impressive. Thank you, Brandon and Family Tree Roofing.

Roof replacement on our house was expertly done by Family Tree Roofing and finished quickly (one day). Cleanup followed immediately and included rolling a magnet around the whole house to pick up nails. The whole Family Tree team (from the owner to Ian, the on-the-job manager) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ian in particular worked especially hard to satisfy us. We fully recommend Family Tree for any roof replacement.
