Great experience with our roof replacement. Gary Buchanan was our project manager and he was great to work with. He helped us at the beginning explaining the insurance process worked. He maintained good communication throughout claim and installation. A few months later an issue arose and he again responded promptly and took care of us. Highly recommend this person and company.

Working with Brandon & Family Tree Roofing has restored my faith in humanity. He has been honest, patient, kind, thorough, communicative, and trustworthy from day one.

Recently, we discovered our 3rd roof leak of the year and called Brandon for the first time after having poor experiences with other roofing companies prior.

He came out promptly and advised us regarding a budget-friendly fix. I asked what he’d do if it were his house, and he said he’d file an insurance claim for a new roof. At no point did he pressure us to make any specific decision.

I knew we had made a good choice of who to call when he started with the most cost-effective solution rather than trying to “make a buck” and suggest the most nuclear option first.

Brandon was always early, well-prepared, honest, and consistently under promised and over delivered.

We ended up filing with insurance and getting an entirely new roof- new decking and all. While waiting for insurance, he even came out and tarped the house to prevent further damage.

He walked us through the entire process and - the best part - truly put us first. In contrast to other contractors, even his paperwork protected us financially as the clients (instead of opening us up to liabilities should something go wrong with insurance).

I was looking for a roofing company and saw that Family Tree Roofing had 5 stars, so I called. Brandon was super nice and understanding. He met with my insurance adjuster, which was extremely helpful to me. I had never had a homeowner’s claim and he explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and his company did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend his company to anyone, great job!

We searched for a roofing contractor after a recent storm and found Family Tree Roofing based upon reviews. They did not disappoint (understatement). Brandon and crew were very responsive, professional, efficient, and supportive through the entire process (which honestly didn't take very long). Our insurance provider was a little intimidating. Brandon was an impressive advocate regarding storm damages and need for repairs. Our insurance provider/representative actually made comment that Brandon knew what he was doing/justified needed repairs extensively. Within one day, our roof was replaced and clean up was perfect. I whole heartedly recommend you consider Family Tree if you need roof support. We are very happy that we did.

I reached out to this company in hopes of repairing my leaky chimney. I had already done multiple repairs, had several opinions and let downs from other companies over the past three years. Aaron came out to my home and did a full evaluation of my chimney exterior, plus he went over other areas of my home that I am looking to improve upon in the future and gave me a fair quote.

Aaron has been great at explaining the process and has been understanding of my anxiety of facing yet another repair.

I hired AK Roofing and Construction to repair and improve my Chimney flashing. For the first time in years my chimney didn't leak from two heavy thunderstorms we had recently!

We then had our sheetrock and ceiling repaired by them. His crew has been professional and skilled at their work. I am very happy with the results.

Veteran owned business which doesn’t treat veterans with respect. I requested a roof inspection and free estimate for replacement siding after the Memorial Day weekend tornado in Claremore, OK. Contacted the company and employee showed up 06/07. He performed the roof inspection and said he would call me back Monday (06/10) or Tuesday (06/11) the next week for a quote on replacement siding / maybe go through insurance. Texted employee 06/17 with no response. Then texted the employee again 06/18, and he responded “ Hey Taylor sorry for the late response. My supplier hasn’t called me back let me call him and I’ll have an answer for you at the end of the day ”. Tried to contact employee again on 06/28 & 06/30 with no response. He has yet to communicate with me. Absolutely poor communication and customer service. Highly recommend another company / veteran owned company.
