The technicians that repaired my hot water tank were very professional and confident. Thanks to them I have hot water.

Recently we had to replace a failing tankless water heater. Simple enough, right? Well, to the surprise of us all this task presented multiple unexpected challenges. We had had Murray Electric out to handle issues before, so this time we called on Murray Plumbing to handle the problem. Long story short, Brandon, Braydon & Ozzy were up to the challenge. Often in negotiations with the equipment manufacturer and local utility technicians, they worked tirelessly until the job was done… and done right. And, throughout, they remained pleasant and easy to work with. We can’t say enough good things about how dedicated they were to handling this task for us. Be careful using this company they have tatics that when you call they will say it cost $89.99 to have him come out leaving it at that..

once he arrives then they’ll actually start the “hourly rate” process. So you’ll be hit with a $89.99 fee plus how ever long one could take to tell you just what is wrong with the system..

we have no interest in leaving reviews but will always do our best to let the public know when someone or something uses hidden information to mislead the public. Also be aware reviews can be bought. Look at the accounts with multiple reviews. We will be paying our $315+ bill that only told us what we already knew and never using this company again. BEWARE.

Price was way to high and was not giving a discount for a church. The church bought the hot water heater and it still was almost $800.00 to finish the job. Why two people no clue. I really think they took advantage of a church and elderly people

Got same day call and repair for a hot water tank explosion. Came out within a few hours change it out to a new one. Left floor clean and was very personable.

Anthony was prompt and thoroughly inspected the area that had burnt. He as well took several pictures so the technicians would have an idea what they were getting into. He was very well spoken explaining the whole process to me so there would be no surprises.

So far so good, prompt very good communication, polite,also the dispatcher and Brandon.Im waiting for the estimate for the work.
It was nice they called ahead.they gave me a eta.
Brandon was prompt and listen and acknowledged my concerns and ideas. Thank you.
However...the price was outrageous.

Murray Electric is great. I had an electrical problem about 3pm on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before 5pm. His name was Stacy and he did a great job solving my issues and was polite and very skilled.

This was a estimate visit. But my guy Zach and Brandon were really nice and very helpful. I unfortunately ran late to my appointment and Zach was very nice and patient. I can't say enough about their kindness. And if the job gets approved then they will be the ones I trust to do the job. Thanks guys!

Upgraded service panel, removed old overhang wire, installed ground wire, final charge was same as estimate (which never happens)! Team was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Cost of estimate was deducted from final bill as well. Anthony Benson was my service tech, he personally maintains a 5 star rating within the company which is well deserved!

Murray plumbing was fast to respond to my request. They came to my house the next day and accomplished what I needed done The young man was polite and very courteous. I don’t remember his name but then I’m old so forgive me. I am most happy to give Murray Plumbing a five star. My only issue would it was more expensive than I thought it be but still happy
