These reviews are fabricated. If this C&C Pools and Spa Services is owned by Dean Carson there is NO WAY they have five stars. Do not ever use them for anything other than cleaning a pool. You hire them for extra services and I guarantee you will be severely and expensively disappointed. Happy to provide pictures and other true reviews.

Dean Carson, You were fully aware at all times during the “repair” process of your failed work from the previous year. Not once did you ever show up on the job. 6 months waiting for repair with an empty pools speaks volumes to your regard for your clients. You don’t care.
Your people are not dependable. Your communication skills are non- existent and your experience and knowledge is severely lacking.

To send a message stating that there must have been a “break down or miss-communication” is a complete and total lie.

Great guy I’ve known for over 5 years now. He’s devoted and really knows his stuff. The passion shows in his work ethic as a result!

They always keep my pool crystal clear and I never have to worry about a thing especially when they send Justus.

Really great service. My pool was really stained and coated with algae and I was told it would take a week but it only took 3 days. Money well spent and the employees made it worth spending, they were really respectful, professional, and hardworking . I will be staying with this company from now on.

DO NOT USE!!!! One of the worst services I have used. Not only do they blatantly lie about their price but they didn't even do the job right. I used them to close my pool last summer and apparently the husband "always leaves out the full cost of closing service for some reason" and the wife never seems to understand why....😐🙄 I was quoted about 150 for closing plus what ever chemicals were.I got an invoice for 500$ for 1.5 hours of work......500 DOLLARS!! I called to figure out where that number came from and she told me they charge separately for covering the pool and labor. Things that consist of a pool closing they charged all separately and outrageously for 125 each and not even the same price quoted. I said I wasn't paying that because I wasn't quoted that and I thought it was ridiculous the way they were trying to get more money separating what consists of a normal pool closing. Come to find out opening my pool the other day, they didn't even close it right! They left my pipes unplugged and exposed for water to sit in and freeze over winter!!! Literally the whole point in closing a pool and they left the most important thing out!! This past winter was not nice either. This company better hope my pipes don't burst or have any damage to them after that

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this is an experience I'd want to know about if I were looking for a company to use. My service technician was 1 hour and 47 minutes late (basically 2 hours). He blamed his boss for telling him the wrong time, and his boss blamed him for oversleeping (which the technician did admit to but said his boss told him the appt was an hour later than our scheduled appt time anyway). His boss didn't apologize for him being late when I called to see where he was, and when he showed up, neither did he. Technician took a look at everything, told me a ballpark price followed by a 'maybe even less', he called his boss, and his boss said it would be double what the technician told me. After I finally expressed how frustrated I was with them and why, the guy did apologize for being late. Doesn't really matter once you have to complain about it. He thought he was 47 minutes late and not 2 hours late, which I guess he thought wasn't apology worthy. If you have that little for respect a customer's time, you don't respect them. Best part is I called another pool service right after I told these guys I wasn't going to use them, and when I told the new place what I was quoted, I heard an audible gasp on the other end of the phone followed by a "oh my. Do not fall for that. That is waaaaay too much." I overheard the conversation with the tech and boss (another poor business practice). I could tell by the technician's reaction to what his boss said that he was shocked, too. Basically, they charged a guy with a bigger pool further away even less than what they quoted me. Technician wasn't a bad guy, seemed very knowledgeable, and was apologetic once I told them why I wasn't going to go with them. There just seems to be communication, accountability, and price standardization problems. Maybe they were having a bad day, and maybe this isn't normal SOP for them, but I have no reason to believe otherwise. Do not recommend.

*Editing review to say I was contacted by Dean after leaving the review, offered free cleanings to take the negative review down, and their reply comment to said review was only after I’d told them they were obviously more concerned with bad reviews than respecting customers. They didn’t care about making it up to me; they only cared about bribing me to make the review go away.

Justus is a great guy and super passionate about this work, I’d call him before anyone else in the field. The enthusiasm speaks volumes

This is the best pool company we have had in 10 years. Justice has been cleaning our pool for over 2 years. He takes care of it like it’s his own pool. He really cares that makes a huge difference. It’s not just a job for him. He takes it very personal. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend that you ask for Justice. You will not regret having C C’s Pool and Spa take care of your pool and spa. They are the best in the business!!

Had a guy from CC redo my plumbing and replace my sand in my filter. After he was done the plumbing leaked and had to be redone. The laterals and standpipe were both broken, would have been nice to know that before he put everything back together. He showed up once high as a kite. Over $1300 worth of work that was wasted. Would not recommend

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I feel that we were deceived on this one. When I called to get a quote :to clean my pool, I was told $150 which falls in line with other quotes I received. I was impressed that the workers came out immediately but imagine my surprise when I learned that it was $150 an hour! I was also charged $350 for chemicals and then learned from other pool services that it should not be more than $50. My pool is worse than it was but Dean said it could take up to 48 hours. They will come back for another $150 an hour. I should have read other reviews on this page that talk about price discrepancies they experienced.

My man Justus helped more me fix and better take care of my pool. He willingly sat down and explained what I was doing wrong. He showed me better and more efficient ways of taking care of my pool. I appreciate it when men like him take pride in their job.

I would honestly say this is the best way to spend your money cleaning and taking care of your pool. Justus went above and beyond I could not have asked for anymore more qualified and dedicated man. He genuinely shows the dedication and passion you would hope someone would have for their job. I hope everyone has just as amazing service as I did.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with C C's Pool & Spa Services. They came to my house, spent maybe 20 minutes answering a few basic questions about pool care, and then charged me $240 — without ever telling me upfront what it would cost. No service performed, no repairs, nothing — just a short conversation.

I would have never agreed to pay that kind of money just to be talked at if I had known beforehand. Completely unprofessional to hide the pricing until after the fact.

These guys are not transparent, overpriced, and take advantage of customers. If you value your time and money, stay away and look elsewhere.

Beware — don’t make the same mistake I did!
