When I bought my home the yard was not in very good condition. The grass was in desperate need of some care. Green Grass was recommended to me and I myself can not recommend them enough to others! I bought my house in April and by end of the summer, I would have never imagined my yard being so green and thick. Give them a call, you will never fertilize your yard yourself again. Army worms invaded our lawn this weekend. These worms can cause great damage to a yard very quickly. We called GreenGrass on Monday and they were out to spray before the end of the day! It meant a lot to us that they were willing to put in the extra effort / time when these pests show up.

After years of using a competitor, I switched to GreenGrass. My yard looked amazing within the 1st year. People actually stop to tell me I have the nicest yard in the neighborhood. Anderson is knowledgeable and honest. He knows every aspect of lawn care and plants. He shows up with a smile every time and never appears rushed. Finding a dedicated, knowledgeable employee like Anderson is rare. My grass is perfect and I have the best yard technician. 5 stars!!!!

Just want to say Anderson with Green Grass is a terrific guy who knows lawns and lawn care. We appreciate his hard work to keep our lawn looking its best all the time. He is certainly an asset to Green Grass and we hope he stays with this company for a long time.

I'm terrible at leaving reviews, but saw these negative comments and felt the need. Our neighbor was getting their services so we decided to give them a try. That was over two years ago and we're still very satisfied!!

We've been a client of green grass for a little over a year now. We started with a lawn with more weeds than Bermuda. After a couple treatments our lawn started looking beautiful!! We now had a lawn with more Bermuda than weeds, I mean no weeds!! But we had a hiccup we started getting weeds a couple of months ago that we had never had before and more of them. But and I say but.. we called with our displeasure and they were on top of it. The owner took it upon himself to come out and look at our lawn and he himself treated it and now we're back to beautiful!! Thank you green grass

We watched our friends dog last winter and noticed how gorgeous their lawn was...even in it's dormancy! Gorgeous! So we called and signed up for service. fast forward 8 months and now our lawn is looking beautiful! Anderson and I discussed the fact that I missed the preemergent treatment this early spring as I didn't sign up until April. I used to spray my own lawn so I completely understand that the one underlying little bit in my grass will be gone next year!! I will post pictures next spring for you! I appreciate the expertise that Anderson brings! He is so knowledgeable and kind, considerate too! He always calls the day before to let me know that he'll be there the next day so that I can make sure that the chickens are not out. Thank you Anderson for our beautiful lawn view outside our picture windows...we LOVE it!

Green grass truly goes above and beyond. I’ve used this company for a few years now. The other day they accidentally ran over one of my sprinkler systems that are attached to my aerobic system. I noticed it a few days later. I called the office to let them know of the issue and to please have the guys be more careful. Green grass said a manager would call me back. The manager called me back and was very nice and professional. I didn’t ask for any money or nothing like that. Without me asking they offered a free service for my troubles and they did offer to pay for any damages to my sprinkler. The sprinkler was already covered with my mulling plumbing plan.

Needless to say they went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I truly commend a company that admits their fault and offers to help out. It takes a lot to admit any fault, green grass is truly an amazing company. Can’t go wrong with them!

After a year of spraying I still have lots of weeds. About a month ago I was told they would comeback and spray again they never showed up. Not worth it.

(Update), I appreciate the response from the Owner explaining the situation. I've added a star to the review. I will monitor & hope to see improvements in the future lawn care treatments. (Previous posting) I was excited when we signed up with GreenGrass Lawn Care. The Service started out great with GreenGrass the first year, we received so many compliments on our lawn & we always referred them to check out GreenGrass. But recently things seem to change, we started to see more weeds, shrubs, mushrooms etc developing in our yard, on numerous occasions when I viewed thru my window it didn't seem like my whole yard was being treated, recently we call to have someone come out, it had been treated the month before, but was still seeing weeds, they informed us they would send someone out the next day, but no one showed up. My husband called again, was told the same thing, no show. He then called a 3rd time, they had to schedule for someone to come out which was a week later. We have been a loyal Customer, we pay on time and have always felt you provided great service, but we will have to seek an alternate Company if there's no improvement in Customer service or the lawn care we are currently receiving.

We switched our lawn care to Green Grass 2 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the results. The lawn specialist is friendly, knowledgeable and always calls ahead to let me know he is on his way. On top of that Kevin has gotten our yard to the greenest one in the neighborhood! Couldn’t be happier with their service and the results

Green Grass recently applied fescue seed in an area of my back yard that had no grass at all. My neighbors' trees had grown so tall that a large area in the corner of my back yard no longer got enough sun to support the growth of bermuda grass. After Green Grass seeded the fescue, they left instructions to water twice a day. I followed the instructions and within two weeks, the entire area was beautiful!

Pictures below are of 2 separate times after my yard being treated. I was told these spots were “weeds” the first time it happened and I was more understanding because it was only my second treatment I let it slide. The second time (third treatment) I wasn’t even notified the company was coming out and the same spots were there. I voiced my concern again to the company that I don’t believe these spots are weeds and if this is normal I don’t want my service to be continued. They tried to say my yard hadn’t been serviced in 2 months but it had. I saw them out on my cameras just a few days before. Had this company had just said that is not right I’m sorry this happened let us fix this and make sure it doesn’t happen again and was more organized on what house the serviced I think we could have worked things out and continued with them. Instead they tried to blame everyone but themselves. Tried to say my neighbor had treated his yard and created these spots, tried to use “I’m new” so I don’t understand. I hope this can be a learning experience for the company and they can do better for the next customer. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience.
