Been using this local, Broken Arrow company for over 8 years- always great service! I want to give their tech, Anderson a "shout out" He's the best tech I've had from GreenGrass. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and explains everything very well. He's a great guy that the Company should be very proud to employ

We have used Greengrass for the past two years and I can’t say enough how much we appreciate them! “Stickers” are a HUGE problem in Sand Springs and obviously harmful to bike tires. Our property is completely free of them and safe for tires! We also have a huge mosquito problem with our location so close to the Arkansas River and their applications keep our guests happy and bite free!

GreenGrass has been a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is outstanding and the results speak for themselves. Justin Beck has personally visited my house on numerous occasions to check the lawn progress and answer and any all questions I have had. Thank you!!

We've been using GreenGrass at our last two houses. The first one we were super impressed with as the grass just took off like crazy where a giant silver maple used to be. We had been at that house for a few years by the time they started treatments, so I think our prior TLC had helped it take off. It's taking slightly longer for our new house to catch on, but we face a lot more problems with multiple dirt patches from the previous owner. After just one year though, it's already made a huge difference even through the winter! Grass is sprouting everywhere, even in the really hard, dry patches of dirt. We're stoked to see what the next year of treatments will bring to our lawn. Highly, highly recommend this company. They're also very reliable with scheduling appointments. They always show up, they call the day before to remind me to leave the gate unlocked, and their office always calls me quarterly as promised.

Omar.L did an amazing job coming out, measuring my yard, calling the office and returning my call regarding how much it would be to put seedlings for grass. He was very professional, worked hard, listened to my questions and concerns. I suggest when you call for service, ask for Omar! I plan on using Green Grass due to how I was treated. Thank you!!

I have been using Green Grass for about 2 years. My yard is one of the best in my neighborhood. One of their techs is a young man named Anderson. He always takes the time to discuss the service he's providing, and to give suggestions on how to make my lawn look as good as possible. I recommend Green Grass if you want a beautiful lawn with the minimum amount of maintenance on your part.

The last two years my lawn has been inundated with broad-leaf weeds. Green Grass did come out to make a second application but it did not work. This year my lawn looks worse than ever.
NEW update: 2/4/23: Green Grass has been out several times since my last comments. They are making a concentrated effort to make my lawn look better - all at no cost to me. So, they agree there was a problem and they said they are committed to fix it. I do appreciate their effort. Looking forward to Spring. *****

8/4/23. GreenGrass worked on my lawn over the winter and early spring for free. It's looking better. Congratulations to them for the extra effort in making my lawn come back..... I'll give them 5 stars now....

I’ve been using GreenGrass for 5 years & have been extremely happy, my neighbors also use them. I love to see Anderson Buckley because I know he’s going to do a thorough job, I guess they hired someone that wasn’t doing the job so well but Anderson came back & addressed it & even came for a follow up to ensure it was right! I love that about this company. They go out of their way to keep us happy 😊 Way to go!

I am going to update my previous review to 3 star from one. Would like to wait and observe future services, before increasing my rating. Currently grass is growing healthy and thick, there are few weeds but I am not concern as this is the first year of treatment and few weeds is normal. If they keep the services on regular schedule, then I will bring the rating to five star.

Updating my review to five star. There were some issues at the beginning.,but has been resolved. The lawn looks great and weed free. Would recommend this company to anyone .

We needed our sprinkler system reworked, and Green Grass was wonderful. The gentleman who worked on it was so knowledgeable, considerate, and hard working. We have also used the grass care division for years and have had great service and outcome. I would recommend Green Grass to anyone.

I started with this company back in 2022 they were really good the first year in 2023 I paid full upfront for 6 treatments they have only came out in 3 times I was supposed to have a treatment in July I called them late August because my yard was full of weed and they said they you oh yea you are due for a treatment and they will come out on 09/05 and apply my 4th treatment. No One showed up to treat my yard so I call them on the same day and they said they were running behind but they will be out Friday 09/08 and still no one showed up. At this point I’m done with this company and I know last year I was done will all 6 treatments before the end of September. I don’t know if they don’t have any employees anymore or whats the deal with them,

I want to recognize Anderson Buckley for helping us with our lawn. We are new to overseeding and needed help understanding when and how needed attention. He did an outstanding job of patiently explaining the process and arranging our overseeding and chemical aeration.

GreenGrass has taken care of our lawn for years and our grass consistently looks nice.

Very disappointed in this company service. I usually do not make reviews but deserves a review the last time they came out to treat our yard is in June 2023 and they actually treated the wrong yard the yard next-door so when I called the company to tell them that they had treated the wrong yard. I was interrogated by the lady on the phone questioning me and finally saying she’d have to call the technician finally she called back not a sorry after all the questions, but said yeah he’ll be right out When he came he was nice and they treated our yard and admitted that they had treated the wrong one and then no invoice was emailed to me until July and then when the invoice was finally emailed to me it said it was 30 days late. Have not been back to treat our yard since June 2023 called last Sunday to say when are you coming out to treat our yard? We have a lot of weeds. They returned my call on Monday and said we would be right out this week— that they were running a little behind a few months. Two weeks later still no calls still have not been out very disappointed in their customer service. We switch from a larger grass company thinking we would have better service from them. They started off good but I don’t know what’s going on now. Horrible service. We even recommended neighbors and they have joined but now I’m telling them not a good idea. 😟😟😟😞😞😞

I was lucky enough to have Anderson spray my yard today. I had several concerns and questions and he took the time to intelligently explain everything. I've been using Green Grass for about 4 years now and Anderson by far has been the most helpful technician. Also, the ladies who answer the phones have always been so courteous and flexible with my scheduling. I would recommend.

I switched to GreenGrass over 1 year ago and had 4 of my neighbors start using them also. I have had not one single issue until recently when I asked about adding my back yard. The technician said he would be back the next day to give me an estimate and never heard anything 3 days passed and my wife called in and Leslie helped her and she was great. 2 hrs later a return call to let us know Anderson would be coming! I pulled up to my house at 6:45 PM and Anderson pulled up. He was super personable and apologized for the previous technician. He went straight to work giving me an estimate on the backyard. After the estimate he said I’m going to do it now why I’m here. So he fertilized and spot sprayed the back yard and also addressed the weeds in the front. We need more Andersons! He made a frustrating situation a great experience! Thank you Anderson!

Green Grass has treated our lawn for several years. This year our lawn looks fantastic. The grass has been lush and green even though it has received the bare minimum of watering. There are almost no weeds -- this is a real feat concerning neither of my neighbors do any weed treatment. Thank you, Green Grass.

Great customer service from the entire Green Grass team and excellent results. Have used their lawn care service for at least 5 years and have always been pleased with the results and the envy of the neighbors! Recently moved to another home in the Coweta area and signed up for weed control, bug control, and flea/tick control. The yard and thespiders were a hot mess when we moved in. In less than one season, the yard and the pest control were whipped into shape at the new house and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend all the services they offer.

We've used GreenGrass for several years now and have been pleased with their service. The technicians make the difference with each service, but the management is always concerned with our satisfaction. Our last treatment was done by Anderson Buckley, outstanding!! He was thorough, careful to treat the whole yard, even the little weedy wings at the side of the house and took his time spot treating some needy areas. Well done and thank you.

I bought my house in February of 2023. The yard was almost all weeds. I hired Green Grass from a referral of a friend. I didn’t expect much. I didn’t ask them to do anything special, just come out every other month or whatever the schedule is and do their thing. Wellllllllllll 15 months later almost all of my crabgrass is gone and lush dark green grass has appeared! I didn’t do anything myself to this lawn except mow.
At $45 a treatment I am exceptionally pleased.

GreenGrass has been servicing my lawn for 3 years now. Justin and the crew are always on time with their service calls and extremely prompt when I've requested support in between visits. With a yard that is primarily sand it's been a challenge finding the right balance with watering. With this summer's particularly high heat we were having some issues with random spots browning. Again, their team including the owner, Dave, came out within a day to investigate. Despite it not being part of our service, Dave spent the afternoon with me running and adjusting every single head across 10 stations to ensure that our yard was being covered adequately. He then reprogrammed my system to help account for the sandy soil and provided a lot of great knowledge on how to improve our lawn. As if that wasn't enough, he replaced several heads that were faulty. Every business will occasionally need to address a concern with some customers. Dave, Justin and the GreenGrass team provided a master class in customer service yesterday.

Anderson at Green Grass treated my lawn today and he is so helpful and knowledgeable!!! I have been using Green Grass for at least 10 years and they are so great. So many of my neighbors have asked me what I do to keep my lawn so beautiful and so green. I tell them I don't do anything but mow, Green Grass does it all!! Thank you Green Grass so much!!!
