Hired a known criminal to move my daughter and son in law. Stole card(s) and is now being prosecuted.

We have used Armstong Relocation twice now to move across states. They have been wonderful and I would definitely recommend them!

Quite a few items were damaged. They reimbursed most of those. Some items were lost. They didn’t take ownership of any of those. Person in charge is not very responsive to emails. Overall, didn’t expect much better but that doesn’t say much.

Fast, professional service. Wrapped everything well. Made sure to ask where we would like things placed in the new house. Very friendly. Thank you so much!

Armstrong Relocation moved me in late 2015 and just a few weeks ago. One Dallas to Houston and the other Florida to Houston. They operated flawlessly on both moves. Very professional and friendly. Everything was packed and delivered perfectly and they were flexible as needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

To simply move a small storage unit of items to our house we were initially charged for 5 hours, which was changed to 4 hours after we complained. This was because we were told it took 1 hour to load the truck at the warehouse with pads and hand trucks, which seems odd because it took the crew 5 minutes to do so after the move was finished. In addition, the crew got lost on the way to the storage unit, and blamed their GPS, although it was at 111/Memorial in South Tulsa. Then we were told they would stop for a drink on the way to our home, which took additional time. The crew was fine, so we tipped them all; however, you need to be absolutely clear when the clock starts and stops ticking. Be aware you may be charged an hour up front for the crew loading the truck with pads and hand trucks before they even begin driving to your location.

Very professional and explained how the entire process worked since this was my first time moving. Jeremy and Alton were great to talk with and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend this service if you are planning a move!

We had a great moving team at this end. Nelson McMillan, Russel Evans, Mike Hawkins, and Larry Neilson were efficient and willing to put things anywhere I asked. They also tried to arrange furniture to give each room the most walking and living space possible. Very helpful.

Multiple damaged items. They refused to reimburse on a sofa that they tore because we moved it (by that I mean we moved a trailer that they loaded it into). They cited an exception and referred me to a book they never provided. They refused to reimburse an item out of a lost box claiming I couldn’t prove they lost the box. There is an inventory sheet that they expected me to check off everything delivered but they didn’t list everything that was loaded in the first place. Delivery was not organized making the check off list near impossible - multiple people shouting numbers while at the same time I’m supposed to be examining things for damage.

They will politely tell you why you are wrong. Not worth fighting, but I thought it was worth reviewing. I’m sure all moving companies are the same way...

Two versus one star because many things were delivered in good condition.

United/Armstrong Relocation moved us from Farmington AR to Plano TX. We were very happy with them. Their senior packer was probably the best we have ever had - no breakage! Some Insights & Suggestions. 1) Call the United 800 number rather than the local United rep. United is actually a confederation of lots of separate moving companies, some of which are fairly large. The main United office will select the best (of several possible) local agents for your specific move based on performance reviews, size of move and the 'local' agents operations in BOTH your starting and ending locations. Having operations in both locations is important for cost and quality control. 2) Get 3 quotes well ahead of time, then when your dates have firmed up, call back and reconfirm the price and clarify changes. Likely one or more of the companies will be able to offer a better deal if your dates fit their work/moving van schedule. 3) The quality of the Packers varies. Almost for sure you will have a senior (good or very good) packer and some less experienced packers. Ahead of time organize the important/delicate stuff in one or two areas and have the best packer handle those areas.

Outstanding moving company. Everything went smoothly and our household goods arrived on time and without damage. Everyone: David, Leta, and Vero were very personable and professional. We were contacted multiple times to ensure our move was progressing as we wanted.

Armstrong Movers were exceptionally helpful, reliable and careful with my interstate relocation. My mother passed away, and they moved a truckload of furniture from Tulsa to Miami Beach, Florida within a day of my request. Most of the furniture was an antique, and they handled it carefully without damage. Tony and David gave updates on the road about their progress along the interstate which eased my mind. These men are awesome!

We were very disappointed with this relocation company. They were contracted for us for a government move and it was done done well at all. After over 20+ years of military and government service, with over 10 moves and 6 overseas, we have never had a bad experience until this move. Will not put deficiencies in this review, they will go to the government contracting agency. I would just highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently used Armstrong Relocation to move from Oklahoma. As part of my research process, I contacted them to obtain a quote. The virtual quote (due to Covid limitations on in-home inventory) went great. The app worked fine and their staff were able to answer my questions. After considering my other options, I selected United Van Lines with Armstrong Relocation to coordinate my move.

I included packing and appliance disconnect/connect in my full service move. Their team communicated very nicely. The packing crew was efficient and as I've unpacked, my belongings came through the process perfectly. The truck loading went well and the delivery in my new city was made on the promised day (within the original delivery window). Since my new street was too narrow, the unloading team did have to unload the large truck into a smaller uhaul (to fit on my street) and even with that extra step, my belongings are in great condition. The unloading crew tackled my three story townhouse and worked with me to ensure everything was unloaded and on the correct floor and in the right place.

Moving is never fun or cheap and yet I truly appreciate how everyone involved worked to help me stay safe/healthy and deliver my belongings in a timely manner.

Had a great moving experience. Had the very best moving coordinator who made a stressful situation easy and manageable! Delivery crew was awesome! They were very careful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend Armstrong. They provided wonderful service and provided the lowest price among three quotes.

I would give me negative star if I could. DONT. OT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I’ll save you the trouble. Check it off the list and move on.
They broke my $2000 nightstand at pick up.
Sat in a warehouse to collect dust for a week.
Got delivered late.
Did not provide me a check list at drop of to make sure I had everything.
It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my night stand!!

Poor service, not worth the money.

I moved across the country and they are single handily the only bad thing about it.

Great company very professional with coordinating my move. On pick up and delivery Chris did a fine job made it less stressful and a smooth transition to our new house. However he needs to work on his hygiene practices. I shouldn't have had to spray febreze after he and his crew left our house. But overall fantastic job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They broke several pieces of expensive furniture. We only asked that they do a total replacement for one (which the owner said they would willingly purchase for us as it was their mistake). They have been slow-playing the replacement process and I have zero faith they will make this happen. It’s almost been 2 months since the move and nothing has been ordered or sent our way. VERY disappointed.
