I called Arrow Extermination for my church, First Baptist Church Red Bird Oklahoma. We had a hornet, previous termite and gnat infestation. They scheduled me within 2 days of my call and sent the technician out first thing in the morning. He identified termite damage in areas we weren't aware of and we are mitigating the damage. We ordered the yearly service plan which I think is reasonable. I'm very pleased with their service and plan to hire them for my home.

Reno and the whole office staff at Arrow Exterminators were wonderful. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they were quick with service and scheduled us same day.

We have been using Arrow Exterminators for over 15 years. Daniel has been our service person for most of those years. They always work around our schedule and do an excellent job taking care of us with exceptional customer service. It is wonderful to be part of the Arrow Exterminator family and know that their loyalty lies with their customers.

This review is specifically for Devon Fraley. I paid thousands of dollars for rodent extermination last year and am on a bimonthly service plan. The techs have reported no inside activity but that the outside traps were empty. Today Devon performed a detailed service and reported that the inside traps were empty. Devon did a thorough job and was honest with me about issues that have developed. He contacted his manager to resolve these issues. Time will tell if we see the intended results.

Linda has been a frequent contact for me at Arrow over the past few years. She is always pleasant, informative, helpful, and professional. I appreciate her assistance.

I have also worked with Riyah, Will, Phillip, and just lately, James. They are all great representatives for Arrow, helpful, informative, and pleasant. Roger stepped in several times to help tackle a particularly persistent pest in my house which has now been eliminated thanks to all his efforts and exploring solutions. I am pleased with Arrow Exterminating and their corp of representatives.

We’ve been with Arrow for several years now. Office staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Tori, in particular, gives us a reminder call before monthly service date to confirm. Much appreciated. Our technician, Steven, is the best! He’s polite and respectful with our tenants and is very observant. He will let us know about problems, or potential problems, and offers solutions. We’re very pleased with Arrow’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

We have been clients of Arrow Exterminators since 2002 (my best recollection). In that time period, Daniel Turner has been the only tech that has serviced our homes and he has always been thorough, has explained well the service Arrow provides, has helped us with particular problems, and has always responded to questions and unscheduled in-between-service special requests with a great attitude. Arrow Exterminators is top of my list for extermination service and I hope they continue their excellent work!

I have been using Arrow now for 1.5 years and have consistently good experiences. I get very friendly people out to my home, always respectful and very willing to answer any questions. Zach has been my tech many times providing great service, always making sure there isn’t anything else he can address or help with. Torrie who does the scheduling for me has been a blessing to keep me on schedule for my quarterly spraying in my home, very friendly and sweet! I would recommended this team for anyone’s home.

Part of my fence fell over after a storm and the company came back to fix it as a courtesy since they had been to our house before. My husband and I appreciate their service.

Crew is very good. Showed up on time and went right to work. Did not stop until finished. Very professional. Very reasonably priced. Well worth the expense.

They came out within a 1/2 hr from the time I called and removed the dead tree we had in our front yard. I will use them again and I will have no problem referring them to any family members and friends. Thank you!!!
