We have been using maid brigade for over 6 months. They leave the place nice and clean and without the harsh chemical smell. I can burn my own candle and have a nice clean scent of my choosing.

We called last minute, in desperate need of a final clean after the sale of a home. Our usual cleaning crew had an emergency and became unavailable. They agreed to take on the job with about 24 hours notice, and did a beautiful job. Completely saved the day!

My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for my birthday with Maid Brigade. I was very excited about having my home cleaned. He paid $190 for the service and told, among other things, that the baseboards, fans, windows, and window seals would be wiped down and cleaned. He was also told that the bathtubs would be cleaned, floors mopped and vacuumed, and surface areas dusted. The certificate was for 2 1/2 hours and included two people.

Prior to arrival I made sure my house was picked up and everything was in its place so that would not be an obstacle for the service. When I returned home I was eager to come home to a house that had been cleaned thoroughly but unfortunately this was not the case.

While I will say that some things were done as promised which included the floors being mopped (somewhat), the bedroom carpet being vacuumed, and the counter tops being wiped down that was the extent of the cleanliness I received.

Bathtubs were not cleaned as evidenced by dirt that was there when I left. There were dead flies left in the seals of the windows. There was a dead spider clinging to a rug in the bathroom. Cabinet surfaces were not wiped down as described in the service. The kitchen floor was mopped but there were still visible stains on the floor. Baseboards were not cleaned. An attempt to clean the blades of the ceiling fans were made; however, the dust that came off the ceiling fans was left on pillows and the back of the couch cushions..

Overall, I was SHOCKED when my husband told me the amount of money he spent on this service. It is upsetting to think that after someone thoroughly researches multiple services and then lands on one they feel is reputable they are met with utter disappointment.

Both my husband and I, on separate occasions, have attempted to reach out to the Manager, GARY, to rectify the situation. Once through phone and once via email outlining our concern regarding the quality of service we received. In my email I mentioned that while I was not happy with the service I did appreciate the things that were done and I did not expect a FULL REFUND but did expect something PARTIAL as the services we paid for were not completed.

While I understand it has been a holiday my service was performed on Wednesday December 20th. We both reached out that day.. I know they worked Thursday and Friday because those were originally days I requested the services, so I know Gary has been able to read my email.

Please be hesitant when booking this service for your home. They were unable to deliver the services they promised and now they are unable to rectify an unhappy customer as well.

They are professional, prompt and thorough! I would highly recommend them! After cleaning, they walk through to be sure nothing was missed, literally "white glove" service. I have used several services, and I have been extremely pleased with Maid Brigade.

I had some renters in my home that were not the cleanest of people. I found your company on Google and made a call. I was given a breakdown of what the cleaning would entail and the cost. I called a couple of other places and decided to go with your service. The team was prompt and were ready to go. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned it in the time allotted. So my price was what I was quoted. I was afraid that it might cost more because the condition was not great. I have a few other rentals that I will be definitely be using their services to get cleaned. I would recommend them if you are looking to get your home cleaned.

I hired maid brigade for a move out cleaning to get my house ready for sale. I was told it usually takes two hours but they would stay longer if needed at the going rate. Gary contacted me the day of the cleaning and he said they needed an additional 30 minutes to finish everything and he would charge me the additional amount. I said that was perfectly fine. I went to check out the cleaning the next day and was not satisfied-to name a few things the utility room was still dirty, the top of the mantle wasn’t touched, the living rooms white tile still had very visible mashed on dirt and one of the bedrooms hadn’t even been swept. I called Gary and told him that things hadn’t been cleaned. He was very nice and said he’d send the girls back out the next day to finish up everything they missed. I checked on the cleaning after they were done and none of the baseboards had even been touched. During the initial consultation it was specifically mentioned that all baseboards were cleaned by hand. I wanted my house show ready and was willing to pay and even mentioned my dissatisfaction once and things still didn’t get finished.

Maid Brigade of Tulsa has done an excellent job keeping our house clean! We have four young kids as well as pets in the house, so we make our fair share of messes. Maid Brigade always does an excellent job and leaves the house spotless each time they visit. Highly recommend!
