I did not receive even half of the service I was promised. I booked this cleaning because we are selling our house and have pictures scheduled tomorrow. Gary knew this and quoted me $300 for 2.5 hours of work. When they showed up i was told that since they brought an extra person it would only be 1hour and 45 mins then With 20 minutes left they asked for another $120 for 45 mins. At this time the only things done was some dusting, 3 bedrooms were vacuumed, bathrooms sort of cleaned, kitchen sink was cleaned. So in less than half the time they had already done I was expected to believe the baseboards would be cleaned, windows would be cleaned, floors would be mopped. I don't see how that would have been possible. When I spoke to Gary to express my concerns I was told "it's not his fault I'm not smart enough to understand how it works." great customer service on his part. I do not recommend this place.

The Maid Brigade is always on time and work efficiently. They are diligent in cleaning our entire house and courtyard. They do not cut corners in their work, and they have been very careful when working around delicate objects. They have been receptive to taking on additional cleaning jobs that are out of the ordinary. They are friendly and courteous, and treat us with respect. We do not have any reservations about leaving them alone, and we have had no unsatisfactory outcomes. The pricing is reasonable and they accept our CC. They are the best and have been so easy to work with.

Never misses, always within the time stated, always ready to clean. The crew does a very good job with bathrooms, floors, and the kitchen. Very pleased with Maid Brigade.

Our mom passed away in January, and as a treat to myself (a teacher), and my sister (a single Mom) we decided to save up and have our home deep cleaned. The house was in desperate need for one, and our neighbor recommended Maid Brigade’s service. I called and spoke with Gary, and was so excited about all he said would be included.

When we returned from our day trip we were extremely disappointed in what we found. Almost nothing that had been discussed was completed, and the team had been there for 3.5 hours.

I called Gary first thing, and he was apologetic. He said he would send a great crew out, and a supervisor to check the work on Monday. I am all for a chance to make things right, so I said that would be perfect. Excited again thinking that the first time was just a miscommunication between him, and the crew.

The payment was set for Monday but I assumed it wouldn't be pulled until the situation was fixed, and me, the customer, was happy.

Well, we were equally disappointed on Monday afternoon. The team was there for 1.5 hours and nothing had changed, even the things we had specifically spoken about on Friday afternoon were left uncleaned. I assume a supervisor wasn't sent, as promised by Gary, because I can't imagine anyone ok-ing the lack of cleaning that happened. The floors weren't mopped, the blinds + baseboards weren't cleaned, there were still cobwebs left on fans, and the windows were not washed; all things we had specifically discussed twice at this point.

I'm not sure what they were doing while there. I texted Gary again and kindly asked for a refund since we had given the chance for them to fix it, and they didn't even come close (pictures attached).

He first offered a third cleaning, which for obvious reasons we weren’t interested in. After I told him so, and again asked for our money back he said he couldn't give us a full refund; he was only able to give us half of our money back. I sent him pictures explaining that the work that was completed wasn't worth 175, and wanted a FULL refund. He never texted back. Then my Dad reached out thinking he might get somewhere, it being his home, and he also refused to refund us anything past half. After a conversation with my Father, and Aunt he reached out to the owner, and the owner also said no to a full refund, as well

It’s such a frustrating situation. We paid for a service that was attempted twice, and not met. And then refused our payment back. We feel taken advantage of in our moment of grief, and want to warn anyone looking to get their houses cleaned not to use this franchise. I can’t believe a business would want this to be their reputation, or legacy but per these posts we aren’t the only ones who have run into this with them.

This was the worst cleaning I have ever had. They missed an entire room, did not move even a piece of furniture on wheels to sweep and mop under it. They just swept annd mopped around it. Numerous uncleaned areas. Floor was streaky from bad mop job. On top of this they tried to raise the price halfway thru the job and just left when I complained. I would highly NOT recommend this org.

I've been using Maid Brigade for a few years now. They do good work, are prompt and responsive, and have always been professional. I would recommend their services highly, and have to several friends.

I have used to them for a few months now every other week, they come in. They start at the back of the house and worked their way up. Usually 2 to 3 girls, when I come home, my house looks clean smells fresh. And they also get along with my little fur babies. I would recommend them to anybody, and actually that’s how I got to use them is they were referral from one of my good friends.

Cleaners did an all right job. Not spectacular. We had two women clean. The younger main lady did well. But the areas the older lady did were not that good. She seemed burnout hostile. Wouldn’t want her back. And I thought your service was expensive.

They took great care of me for a year. I initially hired them because the price was right for what I needed. I had them come once a month to do a thorough cleaning and they always did an amazing job. They also took care of my move out cleaning when I moved out of the rental property. They were also very accommodating when I had small special request.
