This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in my entire life! At first they were all bells and whistles! They have no follow through. The technician is not good at all! He installed my system wrong! And now it’s I have to call my attorney. Good luck with this company you’re gonna need it!

Well, I’ve been text messaged every day since my service to “rate my service” so here I am. 4 stars because everything with the maintenance went fine. He called 30 minutes out and then showed up about an hour later stating he was “pulled here and there”. Everything was pretty standard.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. The quality of their work is next to none. They showed up on time. They didnt make any sort of mess when they were done. Now my AC is ready for the Oklahoma heat.Thanks guys for A1 service and equipment.!!!

Had new motor, fan blade and contactor 30/40 amp - 1 pole. Job done quickly, system works well but I'm concerned about wires zip tied to fan grate. The prior set up had wires inside a tube from motor to power. Are zip ties an acceptable way to secure wires? Two wires are zip tied on top exposed. Not really happy and a bit concerned with this set up.

I called A1 when my AC pipes in my attic were leaking and the ceiling in my garage was saturated and somewhat bowed under the weight of the fluid on the drywall. Water (or some fluid) was dripping unto my garage floor. Not only was Mr Berry able to come out the same day but he diagnosed the problem within 10 mins and fixed it under an hour. I was incredibly relieved that he was knowledgeable and efficient. I also felt his price was fair for the job. Add his number to your contacts for sure!

Our home AC was not working well and Mr Berry was working next door. I asked him if he could look at our AC unit when he was finished and he did. He quickly found the problem and had the parts in his truck to fix our system. He was professional and eager to help.

Can’t say enough about Mr. Berry. Our HVAC went out while we were in Dallas for the weekend, and returning home with a two year old and no heat was a shock to the system. He was compassionate, professional, listened to all of our concerns, and got to us quicker than expected. I appreciate his communication and timeliness. I would highly recommend A-1 and Mr. Berry to anyone needing help with their HVAC system.

They are extremely professional each time they have come out. Took the time to show me the issues and explain. I also was happy they did not try to sell me the top of the line and was honest about which unit to purchase based off of future plans. I highly recommend them.

They did a good job installing out furniture but cut the coil for our ac instead of strapping it up out of the way which voided our warranty with the company that installed our ac. Our ac is 4 years old and worked great before they came in and took the Freon out of it and didn’t do a good job at that, when they cut the coil it released a lot of Freon into my house where my kids where at. I had 2 other companies tell me they didn’t put Freon back in it which fried my ac compressor and now they don’t want to fix it unless I give them 2300 on top of the 6700 I just gave them for the furnace. After this I’ll never do business with them again and will be telling everyone I know. There way overpriced, shop around first, go to air comfort solutions they where 2000$ cheaper. Even to fix the compressor they broke they want $2300, air comfort $1600 BIG difference, I’ll be definitely telling all my customers at quik trip and getting the word out. Find anyone else! They don’t like to correct problems they made.

This business was quick to address our needs. They came out the same day I called them to access the problem with my A/C unit. By the next day they had installed a new A/C unit. Financing was very easy to obtain. I would recommend A-1 Mechanical for my HVAC needs.
