I had Tyler G. come to my home on 2 occasions because my AC had stopped working. One time ended up being a incorrectly installed flood valve and one was a damaged wire inside the outside fan. Another installation mistake. He was fast and professional and didn't run up the bill for simple fixes. Don't know about most but I do enjoy honesty in a company.

Austin called before arriving on time. Then, when he arrived, was very professional, and represented the company well. He was able to answer all my questions, and completed the maintenance service in a timely fashion. All the technicians that have taken care of the heating and air-conditioning services at my home, seem to be experts in their field. They leave everything in order, clean and neat and always pay 100% attention to what they are doing.Crawford's Heat and Air is superior to any of the other competitors in this field., They are honest and don’t try to overcharge you. I trust them 100% to take care of all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Crawford Heating and Air has always gone above and beyond our expectations. All of their employees are extremely friendly and understanding, and do their best to help us out with home warranty claims. Our AC went out in September and our furnace went out in November, and they have been nothing but prompt, professional, and kind in both instances. Great people, great company, great work.

Had Crawford heating and air to come out to replace my ac unit. My unit went out on a Thursday they came out the Friday to diagnose the problem, picked up all the parts and returned first thing Saturday morning. Seth the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. This company really cares about their customers because later that evening they Seth called to make sure everything was running smoothly and came back on Sunday to make adjustments to my a/c. I absolutely love this company!!!!!

Called Crawford's when our AC couldn't keep up with heat waves hitting this summer. We're beyond thrilled with the service we've received. Trevor has had to come out multiple times to resolve different issues with our two ACs. Every time has been a good experience. They've been extremely polite and bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed from basic maintenance to chasing down warranties. They are very knowledgeable and have explained every step along the way. 100% worth every penny and probably the most reasonably priced AC company we've worked with. Would absolutely recommend.

We are extremely happy with Crawford's Heat & Air! We have a maintenance agreement with them. Imagine our surprise when our home warranty company sent them out to take care of our A\C issue. We worked with Seth and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and was even able to arrive early to help us out. We would highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing.

On Thursday, our downstairs unit went out, so we contacted our warranty people. The next day around 8:05a.m I received a call from Crawford heating and air letting me know they could come out Tuesday of next week. I explain to them that I have my disabled father staying with me and with these three digit temperature is not safe for him. They understood my concern and went ahead and came out the same day. Crawford heating and air really care about their customers and Seth the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Seth took the time and answered all my questions, he even responded to my text that was sent after hours. I could go on and on, on how satisfied our family is with this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Seth you’re awesome!

Crawford’s Heat & Air was amazing! We had two companies quote our AC/Heating issues and their prices were way more honest and reasonable. Seth and his team communicated well, were punctual, and had great customer service. I would strongly recommend this company!

We have a "Choice Home Warranty", and Crawford's Heat & Air was the company Choice had assigned to the job.

The FIRST issue that should have been a RED FLAG is that they required UP FRONT payment of the "co-pay" $75 service call to be paid by the warranty owner at the time of service. They stated they required the payment in advance, IF the house was a rental.
The payment was made in advance, because the heater was not working! We needed it fixed.

After they assessed the problem, they submitted their findings to the warranty company, and we were told that the warranty company would only pay for the replacement part, NOT any additional work required to do the job. THEN, they told our property manager that they required UP FRONT payment of the services (estimated at $650 for 2 hours labor plus materials, etc.).

Since WHEN has anyone paid for service call repairs UP FRONT?? This is absolutely NOT industry practice or standard. I would say it's WRONG!

I have had experiences in the past, for certain types of work, that a vendor require up-front payment of HALF for parts, but NEVER for labor. What motivation is there for doing quality and timely work when they are paid for all their work in advance??? NONE

I will be reporting this company to the BBB and submitting further negative reviews to as many places as I can find. Future claims made by any home warranty owners should be aware of this company's attempts to require up-front payments.

After I reached out to the warranty company about this issue, they said they would escalate the claim and notify the vendor they needed to schedule the repair without any up-front payments. In fact, they told them that the warranty claim would be voided if they proceed with their actions.

The end result of this "relationship" with Crawford was that they informed our Property Manager that they have requested that the claim be assigned to someone else. Short version: They bailed!

Now we have to wait for another vendor to come and do the job, all the while, the heater is NOT working in winter.

The best experience I’ve ever had with any heat and air company. Crawford’s sent a service man out the same day I called. Trevor was professional, honest and fast. He had my AC up and running within 10 minutes. I definitely will use them again if need be. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you Trevor and thank you Crawford’s Heat & Air

Non-responsive and unprofessional. Disconnected wires from the mother/circuit board and left saying they would come back after they ordered the parts. I called them up after a few days just wondering about the status. They said our claim (home warranty) had been denied. Ok. I've dealt with home warranties in the past and understand the...we'll just say oddities. Fine I said we can pay outright for the repairs without the home warranty. The office manager contacted the technician and his response was "we can't help you". That's it. No reason. I asked if I could speak with him and was told he would call. Nope. Never called. Oh and they got their $100 for about 15 minutes of disassembling my A/C blower motor. All I wanted was it put back the way it was, but they couldn't even lift a finger to call. I work in the service industry and this is just sad.
I noticed that other people got a response to their bad review (sometimes snarky), but I did not. Still upset about this a year later. Here's some pictures of the unit and wires that were disconnected inside.

The owner and his team are not just knowledgeable; they're genuinely friendly and helpful.

They were quick to respond when I reached out, and they showed up right on time. The technicians took the time to explain everything about my HVAC system, and they answered all my questions, making it easy to understand what was going on..

Crawford repaired leaks on our commercial units on the roof of Oklahoma Alliance for Animals. When I mentioned we were a non profit, Seth told us he would donate the repairs!! Crawford heat and air. Is a awesome company. Did a wonderful job with replacing the hvac in the unit im renting. Josh and the other guy i forgot his name, but they were very good. They clean up and got me back running quickly. I would definitely recommend them for all your hvac needs.

Crawford Heat and Air is fantastic and honorable! They took over the responsibility of my heating system, even though it was not their issue, and got us up and running again within a few days of being notified of the issue. We have been without sufficient heat all winter and have been trying to process it properly through our home warranty company, which has fought us on every claim we have ever submitted. Crawford Heat and Air even submitted their report to the home warranty company that our unit needs to be replaced, but the warranty company did not follow through. There is a lot more detail that I could put into this, but I am truly, greatly appreciative of this company stepping up and taking care of us through our struggle. Seth Crawford called me directly once he knew of the issue, and Trevor Crawford was out the next day to get us hooked up. I am truly indebted to them, because it has been a cold winter, and I don't think my toes have thawed out all the way this entire winter. If you make it this far into the review, just trust this stranger, put your faith in Crawford Heat and Air for your HVAC system.
