Was very pleased with my a/c service today. The tech was going to a few minutes late, and I received both a call and a text to advise of the change. The tech cleaned the fairly filthy outdoor part of the a/c very well, checked the Freon in the system, found an indoor filter that I didn’t even know was there, and made additional recommendations about getting my attic cooled. He replaced a part in the outdoor condenser, as a preventative measure against future difficulty, and didn’t even charge. He wore protective shoe wear in the house, and the price was exactly as advertised. I rarely make ANY recommendations, but I highly recommend Crawford’s Heat and Air for your Claremore a/c service.

Trevor Crawford came out to my residence for a service call for an ongoing problem. High heat sensor was causing system to shutdown. Several other HVAC companies failed to properly identify the cause let alone remedy the underlying problem. Trevor’s approach was very methodical and honest. Trevor had the right tools and knowledge to determine the gas pressure to the unit was too high. Gas pressure was adjusted to spec and system runs perfectly. No up charge, on time and price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company from a fist hand experience.

Crawford Heating and Air is Amazing!! That is what you get with a long standing family run business!! This company is the first I have encountered over the years that do what they say! The open line of access for communication and responsiveness of this company is beyond comparison! I will be a forever customer! Though they are not finished with the job, this is my mid- point feeling of this company! It is nice when you have to spend over $4000.00 dollars for something and can still feel good about it!

Got home and found water pouring from the ceiling. Was very worried and called Crawford, they didn't have a truck in claremore at the time so the operator got out within 30 minutes from his own home. He came and diagnosed what was wrong (ac pan rusted through), showed me the problem, and even explained some solutions. Because he didn't have a whole new unit sitting in his personal car ofcourse he couldn't do the fix ASAP. So instead of charging a service fee he apologized that he couldn't fix it that moment. Absolutely amazing response time, amazing service, and amazing person.

I worked with Trevor from Crawford's Heat and Air and couldn't have had a better experience. What started as a smaller issue ended up turning to a bigger one and Trevor handled it with great professionalism, he took the time to show pictures and explain what needed to be done as well as worked with the warranty company to handle all that. One of the best aspects was their timeliness, from start to finish Trevor was able to come out three times and do the work in less than a week to get us back up and running before the summer heat kicks in. We were so happy with our experience we want to continue to use Crawford's Heat and Air for all our HVAC needs going forward.

I Needed second option , Seth came over on first day I called and Checked our system over and told me it’s running perfectly. A different service guy told me it’s needs to replace it the entire unit this summer cause it’s 13 years old. I’m keeping these guys in my phone. Huge thank you Seth.

Crawford's Heat & Air responded to our home warranty ticket for our AC going out. They had it figured out quickly and fixed fast. So we had them come out again 6 months later for our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. They found a water leak before it had a chance to do extensive damage, potential for carbon monoxide near our recently-installed gas stove, and repaired a leaky gas line to our fireplace... in addition to the routine maintenance. Most friendly, reliable, and affordable service!

Crawford heating and air conditioning is the best around! I called my warranty company on a Monday and filed a claim. The next morning I received a call from Crawford stating "they couldn't come out until Wednesday." I simply explained that I run a daycare and ask is it possible for them to come out the same day and they did!!! Once they diagnosed the problem, they sent another employee to go get the part needed while the other one stayed and took the old part off. They had my air up and running in no time!! This company ROCKS!!

EDIT 11/14/22: I had to have CH&A come back out AGAIN to diagnose an issue with my Furnace and their response was absolute top tier. They let me know what the issue was and what needs to be done to fix it. A++ I will be working with them again. They deserve 5 stars again. *Chef's kiss*

EDIT: I had to call CH&A back out to my property a couple days after install because of a perceived issue with my unit and they came out the same day to take a look. Sidenote: when I tried to call on my personal cell phone around 9:15AM I kept going straight to voicemail. When I called at 10:42AM on my work phone I did not go straight to voicemail and they were super helpful. 4 stars because I couldn't get in contact with them during normal hours.

Crawford's heat and air was chosen by my home warranty company to work on a claim. Crawford's heat and air got the job done on time. I appreciate the professionalism the office and the technicians showed me. They were more professional than the home warranty company! Seth, Lee, and Trevor are great!! I would use them again outside of my home warranty.

Came home one afternoon and found my AC wasn’t working. Got in contact with Crawford’s and they sent Austin to fix my unit. Austin was professional, personable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit and got it fixed in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Crawford’s Heat & Air.

I am very satisfied with the install done by Crawford's H&A. After having multiple HVAC companies quote a new install, I ultimately decided to go with Crawford and I am very happy I did. Seth and Trevor were very courteous and polite. Would 100% recommend.
