The expansion tank on our water heater gave out on Sunday morning. After getting in touch with Aspen Plumbing, they helpfully explained how to turn off water to the water heater so we still had some running water. Then, they came out Monday at noon and had the work all done within two hours. Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommended!!

Not terribly impressed. Since there was a dishwasher removal involved we had to pay labor for a second person to come out. The second person didn’t show up until after the dishwasher removal was performed by the first guy. Not only that but not long after they came out our dishwasher backed up because it couldn’t drain because of a kinked drain hose. Unfortunately the dishwasher was 20 plus years old and I could no longer source the integrated drain hose so we ended up buying a new dishwasher.

Second I paid for an hour of digging in the yard to find a leak that was causing a wet spot near the meter.

Before they came out I had previously dug down to the water supply line next to the meter and found the leak wasn’t coming from there but further behind where I had dug.

When they came out they didn’t ask where to dig. They just widened the hole I previously dug a bit which couldn’t have taken an hour. I know this because I could see the worker’s feet on the other side of his truck parked in the street for the lion’s share of the time instead of being in the yard digging to locate the source of the leak.

Seems like they were more interested in selling a couple of hours of their leak detection at $450 for two hours or $4500 to bore new pipe to the house.

Instead after they left I dug in the wet spot in the yard where I’d wanted them to dig in the first place and found the compromised compression fitting and replaced it myself to the tune of $12 from Lowe’s.

Im a professional cleaner on remodels. J.R and his helper Jake were so courteous and well-mannered. They were very neat. They didn't leave a mess and did a good job. I have cleaned after many plumbers, they are the best, which tells me they take pride in their work.

Thanks to Tulsa Plumbing Experts my slab leaks are fixed. They checked out the house gave me two options plus the pros and cons of each, then made the repairs. Very pleasant, professional, and and thorough. Will call them again for a plumbing issue.

Tulsa Plumbing Experts replaced a toilet and kitchen sink and repaired leaking pipes at the washing machine outlets.
they were competitively priced, prompt, and gave great customer service. I even recommended them to my son for some plumbing work he needs to have done.

JR did a great job and even went me to Lowe's because the toilet I purchased from them had a defective drain valve we discovered AFTER he had the replacement installed. They did the work I requested and for the price they quoted. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing projects.

I had a pipe break in the wall I called and send someone straight to my house at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon we realize that the pipe that broke was inside the foundation they had to jackhammer it out through the concrete down to the dirt it ended up costing me $1000 but the water was back on and several hours if there was anything negative it would've been how dirty the room was when they were finished nothing that they could avoid took me about four hours to to clean the room with rags and water soap there's a lot of work better than having the house flooded I would definitely call him back in the emergency

I called a few plumbers around Tulsa to help with a full reinstall of my existing plumbing as the individuals I had bought the house from installed everything incorrectly. I decided to move forward with Tulsa Plumbing Experts as they offered a fair price and were very communicative throughout the whole process. They did a great job and I ended up hiring them for another job afterwards

Pavel got my pipes unclogged in under an hour. Great guy as well and nice to talk to. Everything runs like it’s supposed to and it wasn’t nearly as much as what other companies quoted/estimated for me.

My sewer backed up into my shower and I called Tulsa Plumbing Experts and explained my problem. JR showed up bright and early the next morning and found the clog. Dug up the line and replaced the piece where tree roots had grown in it. Very professional and cheaper than I was expecting. Will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Had a water leak in my front yard from the service line. They came out and took care of it. I found this company online and used them because of great reviews. Pavel was very quick and friendly. He was also very transparent on the price as well as made a recommendation on something we need to have done in the future.

I'm a new construction builder and JR did the plumbing for 2 new houses for me. He let his apprentice that had just started plumbing do the majority of the work and we have had a ton of issues. I would highly not recommend this company for new construction. We have had to bring in another plumber because JR would never return my calls. It has cost over $3000 to fix all the mistakes he made.
