Purchased a new HW tank and install from them. ONG inspector flagged it for leaks a few months after. They came out, replaced a part. One month later, problems again. And I was just told they cancelled my appointment for this repair today. Per the owner Mike. BUYER BEWARE

Mike with Phoenix Plumbing is amazing. Even Roto Rooter and American Leak Detection could not locate several underground leaks at the apartment complex we manage. Mike located and fixed our leaks in a timely manner. Even through winter storm 2021, Mike was there for us. He is great with the big jobs that even the big companies can't figure out! Had James out to fix an issue with a back flow. James stayed until 2 AM and dug the hole in the rain to fix the issue. I had XYZ Plumbing out 3 time and they never found the problem. If fact they augured from the toilet to the back flow / clean out and ripped a hole in the pipe and tore the back flow valve off. His overtime hourly rate was lower than XYZ Plumbing regular rate. James did a great job.

We will never use Phoenix Plumbing again. We needed a toilet reset, which was done incorrectly and the toilet now leaks at the base. He did not caulk all the way around the toilet base although he was supposed to. He was later arriving than he claimed to be for the billed time. His helper spilled water down the hallway on our carpet. He did clean it up, but then he included the cleaning time in the time he billed us for as work time. He sat in his truck to figure up our bill and also included that time as work time. We now have to get another plumbing company to fix his mistakes. (Really it is zero stars from us but I had to leave one so this would post.)

Was surprised by the bill. Charged for 2 1/2 hours when only here 2. High charges for supplies. Will not use again. Tech took down wrong cc security code so charges were declined. Owner was upset as was I. Their other reviews look good which is why I chose them. Was called a liar for saying tech was only here 2 hours. Get price before using this firm.

I pulled up at my mom's apartment to take her home and this there truck was parked in the handicap parking blocking the handicap ramp so my mom who is disabled had to walk all the way around and and by the time she got to her apartment she was so out of breathe had to have a breathing treatment it is very unprofessional not to mention against the law for someone to park in a handicap parking lot to mention blocking a handicap ramp don't they teach there employees that that is not allowed

I live in The Crossings at Oak Brook and when it froze all the empty apartments pipes busted and I got all the water, these guys came out and worked on our buildings pipes for days, they are a great group of guys they worked diligently until way after midnight they are friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Very professional

Needed plumbing job done ASAP. I called 3 other outfits and was told they were booked solid until Tuesday at the earliest. Called Phoenix and they were able to respond within an hour. Friendly, professional service. Phoenix got the job done. Fairly priced as well.

Mike came out and looked at the job and gave us a quote. This was on Friday and he said that he would come out Monday after he finished another job and if not, he would be coming first thing Tuesday morning. He called Tuesday and said he had a doctor appointment and would be here afterward. He showed up about 12:00; looked at the job again and said that he didn't feel comfortable with the doing the job.
What? He already looked at the job before and gave a quote for the work. Why did he do that if he wasn't comfortable with the job? He walked off and we had to contact other plumbers that we had previously told we had agreed to use Phoenix. This has delayed our project by a week as other plumbers were now booked.
This guy is not reliable. Don't use them.

Ryan and Michael did a fantastic job!!! We had a leak 5 feet down in our bathroom and when they finished you would never know it. They installed our new walk in shower, vanity, and reinstalled our toilet . They were professional, friendly, and very neat. I WILL call Spot On again!!! And Bogart , our boxer, approves too!!!

I had a drippy outdoor water spigot that had to be replaced. They showed up on time and did a really nice job. They even added some insulation to keep it from freezing. I would definitely use them again.

We were absolutely lucky to have George Stanford with Spot on plumbing helping his friend to hang our Christmas lights last weekend. During the install he smelled gas by our meter. He told me he was a plumber and showed me the area and I also smelled the gas. I called his office the next morning. Long story short, he came out with his plumbing tools and verified the leaks which he showed me bubbling around several joints of the meter. Replaced those parts and cleaned it up to look like new. He then came in and checked all appliances which were fine until he got to the tankless water heater in the garage. To our surprise, there was a burn place in the cover and it was hot! The inside was even worse. To make a long story short, he replaced this mess after his boss brought out the new parts and the tankless water heater. He worked tirelessly and replaced all of it even correcting some other issues. The tankless water heaters aren’t cheap but
George saved us from what could have been 2 very dangerous situations because he just happened to be here hanging those Christmas lights and cared enough to bring these problems to my attention. I am so impressed with him, his work and Spot On Plumbing company I will always use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

Unfortunately, we have had a few plumbing issues in the last couple of months. Spot On has helped us through all of them and have done an excellent job!
Always professional and helpful and the gal that answers the phones is always so nice!

Michael was super helpful and got our problem fixed quickly! He was polite, and knowledgeable- and cleaned up the minimal mess he made. Our dog Shelby loved him!
