They came out to repair the outside faucet, but offered to perform a detailed inspection of home to determine any potential repairs/damage that we were unaware of. We had an emergency outdoor faucet repair on a weekend. We expected double the cost. They showed up and were extremely professional and proficient and fixed the faucet that the builder should have done correctly the first time. What had been a disastrous problem was fixed and we were able to get on with our lives. They were up front with the cost, no surprise costs, and we now have a good working faucet. I am just shocked at the shoddy work the builder did but Spot On rose to the occasion and showed us what true craftsmanship truly looks like. Their work will last for years to come. I am forever grateful!

The plumbers were very thorough. Had to replace the pipes that go to my faucet tub that's in the wall. Very reasonable price. They cleaned up after the work was done and very respectful. Im very happy with the new faucet and plumbing that they replaced in the wall. Hate that I can't remember their names, sorry guys. They were family men that even talked to my dog and didn't mind the barking. Great job guys. I will recommend this company to others.

Excellent service! We had a new toilet installed, another toilet reset and drain cleaning. Preston did an excellent job at communicating with us the whole way and making sure there were no hidden or surprise costs. The finished work was great and working with Preston was awesome. I had a great experience with Spot On Plumbing and highly recommend them.After I accepted their quote on Friday, they automatically scheduled the work for Monday.The team arrived on time and spent most of the day completing the job planned.
Later that evening around 7pm, I realized I had no hot water. I called the office and spoke with Caitie to ask if someone could come the next morning. Even though I said morning would be fine, she insisted on sending someone right away.Around 8pm, Brandon the owner, personally came out, fixed the issue and even double checked the work his team had done.

They replaced a old Moen valve and saved me a lot of money. They are very good at their jobs and let you know what options I had...if any. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Our water in Broken Arrow is notoriously horrible. I called Spot On and got some quotes for different options to filter and/or soften the water for our entire home and ended up going with a combo system that does both. Easton and Mitchell were prompt, professional, and really knew what they were talking about. They tested my water before and after to verify the effectiveness and WOW. The hardness of the water was off the charts before and close to zero after the install. I've now used Spot On for a variety of jobs, and they're never short on knowledge or professionalism and are very reasonably priced and are very upfront with pricing, and transparent about the work to be completed. I love that they're a small locally owned business and I'm proud to support them. I'll definitely be calling them from now on for any and all plumbing needs.

George with Spot On showed up Friday with his apprentice and inspected a leaking drain pipe in my home's crawl space. They were quick in giving me the full run down of the repairs needed to fix the problem, which included more corroded pipe in the same area that I hadn't caught.
Come Monday, they were back to perform the repairs and replacement, removing all the corroded cast iron pipe and replacing it with new Schedule 40 PVC. The job was completed in less than a day, and the workmanship was well done. While replacing any removed sheetrock is not part of their work requirements, that is an easy thing to repair myself, so no worries there.
I even had a few questions that came to mind about the method used to support the new pipes when looking at the photos they took of the completed work. George was happy to answer those questions and leave me very satisfied with the overall job. That being said, I am very happy with the work done and definitely recommend Spot On plumbing for at least any drain repair like mine.

My sister referred me to Spot On Plumbing after I mentioned I had a main line water leak yesterday. The City of Jenks inspected the leak and determined it was on our side of the meter. I spoke with Catie at Spot On Plumbing yesterday to inquire about availability, and she mentioned they could be available the next day. Fortunately for us, when I called this morning, they still had availability today from 2 pm to 5 pm. I booked the appointment. To my pleasant surprise, George from Spot On Plumbing contacted me to let me know they could be at my house around noon.

George and Tyler arrived, diagnosed the leak, provided pricing, and I agreed to have the work performed. We experienced very little disruption during their repair work. They completed the work and performed an inspection of visible plumbing throughout the house, along with the water heater, at no additional charge. There were two additional items I inquired about having replaced, and once again, the pricing was reasonable. We had a fill valve replaced in a commode and a sink drain tube in our half bath.

I would highly recommend Spot On Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Plus, they have a cool logo!
