Van Dyke is the most honest, reliable company I have had the pleasure to do business with. I will gladly refer them to friends and family needing HVAC, septic, or plumbing repairs in the future.

Nate came to check AC that was installed 11 months ago. Was having trouble with cooling on hot days. He found that coolant was low. Nate was SO nice and very polite. He plans on coming back in the fall to make sure all is good. There was no charge. I recommend Van Dyck Mechanical for their promptness and standing by warranty.

Ben was professional and thorough. And for a technician he was personable. He is knowledgeable and did not try to oversell the job. I have used Van Dyck on multiple occasions. The schedule appointments promptly and keep you informed of arrival times. The one time there was a small scheduling error but the owner of the company personally came and handled the issue. Technicians are extremely professional and the rates are very fair. I can not recommend them enough.

I had to come back in here and update my review. One thing I can say about this company is that they will bend over backwards to help you and your family. The way they helped my family is by getting the job done in a timely matter. They have great prices and a way to help you financially if you unable pay in full. We had two other companies come out to try and locate our septic tank. Neither one spent alot of time looking and never found it. Van Duck spent 2-3 hrs. looking and found it. They were not leaving until the job was done. They cleaned out my septic tank and inspected it. Very good service and very professional. I highly recommend Van Duck for all of your septic needs.

We didn't have to wait hours and hours. David was already in Tuttle and so when he finished there he stopped at our house. The issue was taken care of in a quickley manner. David was polite and very helpful.
They are on speed dial now.

Van Dyck Mechanical is an absolute godsend!

We had a clog in the sewer line on Monday night. I called our home warranty company on Tuesday morning and they referred a plumber to us, but he couldn’t make it until Thursday. When he came out, he was unable to unclog the line. He told me not to worry and to call the city to come out and check the lines. They did and said their lines were clear. Again, he told me not to worry, he was going to do whatever he could to help us out, and he would call me back after talking to our home warranty company. Our home warranty company denied the next step, but he said he would work with us to take care of our problem. He had a machine that was more heavy duty, and he would call me at 4:00 Thursday afternoon to set up a time for Friday.
No phone call.
I called him 3 times on Friday and left messages. Still no phone call.

I was told by my home warranty company that I had to go look for a plumber on my own. I looked up on Yelp, put out requests, and Van Dyck was the only company that actually called me and wanted to talk to me. The other companies just wanted me to schedule an appointment.
So I called Van Dyck on Monday afternoon, and they came out today (Tuesday). They were professional, took the time to explain what they were doing, and they were able to unclog the line!

I know this review is long, but I wanted to explain why Van Dyck has earned my 5 star rating and my recommendation for this company. I’ve never had to do this before, and I have had companies try to “pull the wool over my eyes” because they know I don’t know what to do or what questions to ask. Van Dyck understood my frustration and I was put at ease. I will be forever grateful to this company!

Despite requiring multiple service calls due to recurring problems, the initial quoted price was honored, even though the diagnostic and repair efforts exceeded initial expectations. The interconnected nature of the issues presented a significant challenge, which Vandyke Mechanical addressed with remarkable professionalism, integrity, and diligence. I particularly commend Clark and his team for their excellent communication and consistent punctuality. Clark's personal involvement in troubleshooting the problem further demonstrates their commitment to client satisfaction.

Overcharged a lot replacing a fire pit gas pipe ring. Replaced dual gas ring with 6 inch gas pipe ring that looked homemade. Claimed part cost over $400. Found actual 30 inch dual ring fire pit gas ring with pan on Amazon for under $300 that we ended up installing ourself. But, they were punctual.

These 2 men were very polite and very professional. I will call Van Dycks ever time.
