They were easy to schedule and work with. Frank showed great attention to detail. This was a cleaning and maintenance of the heating system. He found some issues we can be proactive about, which is always better than an emergency. I purchased the maintenance package so that we can do the same for my AC and water heater at no extra charge this season. Thanks’ Frank!

During this heat wave I tried calling serval places and they all told me they were a week out. Firestone tho not only got me set up with an appointment the next day to but he was really nice and professional.

Can't say enough about Carson who was onsite for 2 days getting our air fixed in this Oklahoma heat. Carson diagnosed what he thought the problem was, explained what it was going to take for a fix, then shared the part would need to come from OKC. Next day, he's back with Turner, had the part and started working right away. When most would have left at 5, they stayed to make sure temp started to drop and fix was done right. It's been nice and cool since they left. Thank Carson and Turner!
