Helt Heat & Air responded quickly to my request to assist customers of mine making sure the H&A system at the house they are purchasing is in good working order. Their associates arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend Helt. Always responsive to calls for service. Will continue to use Helt when problems arise.

I was out of town because of medical treatment for my grandson. The100% disabled veteran who lives in the house also was quite pleased because it has been very hot and there was no AC in his part of the house. Thanks so much that the air is cool again.

i called Helt on wednesday, Steve came out thursday morning. He was very courtious and personable, asked questions about what the unit was and wasn't doing. Checked everything out thoroughly. Then when he felt he knew what it was, he double checked to make sure he was right. It was going to be a pretty expensive part(circuit board), and he wanted to be sure that was the problem. He explained what was going on, left for a short time to get the part, came back and installed it and we were up and running. It is so nice to come in out of a 90 degree day into a nice cool house! Thanks to Steve and his group!

Great job as usually. Arrived on time and pm'ed unit e quickly and efficiently.

Helt scheduled my service in a timely manner. The technician notified me he was on his way and showed up at the expected time. He was very transparent with describing the problem, an estimated cost, and a timeline to have it repaired. All in all, the experience was very positive.

Chase was very thorough and professional with the preventative maintenance. Also pinpointed a problem that I was worried about and repaired it with a new part on the spot. They were in in out quickly.

My first time using Helt and I will definitely use them for future needs. I'm new to Claremore, and reached out for recommendations on a local Facebook group page. Helt received the most nods and Steven reached out to me directly via PM. I appreciated that Steven took the time to show me the issues with my AC as they were identified. Fair, Courteous, Fast and Affordable!

Steven got me in a day earlier than I anticipated. The guys were able to come diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I was honestly surprised at the price too! Thank you for the quick and friendly service. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family and friends!

Steven was great! Very friendly and prompt. He was able to call me and let me know when he planned to come and I got a text letting me know he was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose my heaters issue, as well as get it fixed. I would definitely recommend their services!

Everything is good. Just haven't received my two air filters. Sizes:18 x 20 x 1 and 20 x 30 x 1.

I used Helt Heating and Air Conditioning and they were SO good. I cannot recommend them enough. They gave a fair price and completed the job quickly. He finished with giving me a walk-through of all the work and some tips to keep it clean. They have also done work for my mom, brother and uncles. You will be happy choosing them.

Honestly, I am just happy I don't have to spend the summer babying the dying unit I did have outside.
