They did an excellent job removing the leaves from the yard. Fast and professional. The original date for clean up had to be changed due to weather and that was communicated early and rescheduled for what was convenient for me. I'll call them when I need work done in the future.

We have a fairly challenging yard to mow. It stays wet longer than most after a rain. Sprague’s Kik’n Grass promptly replied and came out to provide a quote. They did their first service today and went above and beyond expectations! We will for sure be locking in to making them our preferred lawn care service. Highly recommend!

They came yesterday to do my lawn for the 1st time , as I moved into this house in November. They did an excellent job, mowed, trimmed, & pulled weeds out of my small flower bed in the front yard. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Our lawn is always kept in top shape, and he does some landscaping on our trees and bushes too. He will always keep you updated when the weather doesn't cooperate. We have been regular clients for 4+ years, and I highly recommend his services. I've had professional landscapers in the past, but Chris is by far the best!

Texted to get initial quote. He responded and did an initial quote. He stated he does weekly services, I asked if he offered every other week services. He promptly shut me down and said he's not the right company for us. I was shocked. Extremely rude. I don't know this company or terms and didn't think asking questions was a bad thing. Hard pass on this customer service. Too many options around to put up with this level of service.

I originally asked if you offered "biweekly services" then realized my mistake and was clarifying that I meant every other week as "biweekly" means two times per week.

I also have a family that needs to be provided for and don't have time to mow every time due to hours worked. Which is why services were needed.
I was merely asking questions. The fact that you are arguing and insulting me online shows everything.
