Although we have not used Steven and his team personally, we have followed them on social media for years and love their BEAUTIFUL work! We would highly recommend them for all your landscape needs!

Fair Outdoor Design & Maintenance did awesome cleaning our flower beds, removing dead bushes, trimming and mulching. Very responsive to requests for services. They are super nice and we will be using them again and again. Thank you , Stephen and crew!!

Stephen Fair and his crew is awesome! I have a brand new house needing complete landscaping services and we called him. I received a quote and pictures of the house with the proposed landscaping that looked great. These guys worked hard to get the job done in spite of drought stricken soil conditions. He continually checked with me to make sure it was proceeding along with my expectation. Any changes were mutually agreed upon. It was an extremely rewarding process as the end result looked terrific. He gave me suggestions along the way and even installed a temporary watering system. I would give these guys the highest recommendation possible and I will be using them for ALL of any future landscaping needs. Stephen will take care of you!!!

Stephen installed several underground downspout extensions as well as a ton of sod at our new house. Fortunately, he was able to get all that work done before the spring rains really swamped us. We could not be more pleased with the results.

I was very pleased with everything Fair Outdoor Design did. They cleaned out flower beds, planted new beautiful flowers, cut down a tree, trimmed bushes. They did a great job selecting the flowers and they’re very kind and easy to work with. I was also happy with how quickly they were able to do everything after the consult. I highly recommend them.

So very pleased with what Stephen did with my Flower Beds. He’s a very good listener and tries hard to please his customers. Helped with lighting, water feature, bird feeder as well as flowers, shrubs, and some sod where I needed an area filled in. I’m one happy customer!

My neighbor approached me about addressing the drainage issues in both of our yards and I reached out to multiple companies to schedule appraisals for french drains and get quotes.  We ended up going with Fair Outdoor Design & Maintenance and are very happy sith the decision.

Stephen was fantastic to work with throughout the process.  Great with communication, he always answered my calls and emails promptly and honestly, and never seemed to mind my endless questions.  He came out to talk with us both multiple times, even brought the sketches of his plans so we could better visualize the project.

He and his team did two projects overall between me and my neighbor, George (a smaller project on the other side of George's house, and a much larger one in my backyard and down between our houses.)  Stephen kept me up to date on everything with my project, from when they arrived, when they broke for lunch, and when they wrapped for the day, to assuring me each time that they had closed up our gate.  We have a dog who loves to go out and run our backyard so it was fantastic to know he cared and made sure the gate was secured so she would be safe when we let her out.

They just wrapped up the second project today and everything looks wonderful!  He stayed accurate to the quote, with no surprise fees, added charges, or unexpected price changes. I'm looking forward to the next big rain now, when we'll get to see the new french drains in action.  Stephen also assured us that after the next big rain, he will stop by to check on the system to ensure that it is working as it should be and that everything is good!

I recommend reaching out to Stephen to get a quote for whatever work you need done. As an anxious first-time homeowner looking for someone to tackle our first big house project, working with him has been a great experience.

I was torn leaving this review because we were very happy with our visit with the owner. He really tried to understand what we wanted and took the time to follow up with renderings of the stone choices we gave him. However, he never followed up with a quote as he stated he would or emailed us again. I was surprised as I felt he had put in a decent amount of time to that point. We really don't like having to chase down companies and so we didn't reach back out.

Thank you to Steven for fixing our channel drain that was so bad it was growing plants out of it! 😂. He did an excellent job! Fast and perfectly priced. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic experience with Fair Lawn Service installing a French drain system in our yard. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and did exactly what they said they would do—something that’s hard to find these days!

A big shoutout to Dalton—he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His attention to detail and the extra time he spent ensuring everything was done right really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

They do great work! Stephen is very transparent throughout the entire landscape process from design to completion. He is also a great communicator & very quick to answer any questions you have or address any concerns as well. After completion had an issue with some insects munching on the leaves of one particular species & he promptly researched the treatment and applied said treatment free of charge as well. Absolute great service & company all around!

These guys are the real deal. They are honest down to earth good people. The do too their work and I HIGHLY recommend them for your lawn project. They will get the job done and they are worth every penny! I have attached before and after pics. Give them a call!

Stephen and his team did an outstanding job with the French drain on the North AND South side of my backyard. Rain had caused erosion problems and now it drains perfectly. There’s no water standing in the backyard anymore. I would recommend this company highly to anyone. I also loved their polite manners.

Stephen and his crew created a pad in our sloping back yard upon which to install a playset for the grandkids. They harvested the existing turf, levelled the area, added topsoil as needed, and reinstalled (and added new) turf. All done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Communication was excellent as we worked around weather delays. I seldom write reviews, but these guys were great and we would highly recommend them.

Hired Fair after doing an online survey of satisfied customers for a french drain. Fair excels in speed of service and communication. I was expecting a one to two month timeline for the job and they completed it in a matter of days. They were highly communicative and kept me up to date on every step of the project via text and phone.

The project wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I had an approximately 80ft french drain installed on one side of my house. It was in a narrow corridor where all of my major utilities are buried. Because of this they had to hand-dig the entire trench. That inflated the price but again, it was competitively reasonable.

They use online payment and digital contracts which helped speed everything up. I received an itemized estimate in less than 48 hours after I submitted my online quote request.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this professional company for jobs like this.
