Great service, scheduled online for next day. The gentleman came out, quickly identified the issue and ordered the necessary part. Came back in a reasonable amount of time and had my dishwasher working again, our children are very happy about that!

My freezer went out in the late afternoon, and they sent a technician out the same day. He communicated when he was going to be a little late, but still came out even though 8t was after 8pm, which was super impressive since other companies wouldn't even answer their phone. Technician was very helpful, and we will definitely use them again!

I had been through a terrible experience with warranty repairs on this appliance until this team became involved. Within 20 minutes the problem was identified and repaired. The previous group was out three times for hours at a time. The culprit? A terrible decision by the original installer who left an old drain line that was swelling shut and ultimately burned out the drain motor. The experience and expertise brought by the technician was the difference. I would refuse service by anyone sent by my next warranty request unless it was N2.

Absolutely amazing service. From the woman who answered my first initial call to Shawn who came out and fixed our stovetop. He was very kind, respectful, and SO informative! Some of the best in home service we’ve ever received! If we ever have an issue with another appliance we will definitely be calling them again!

N2 Appliances did a good job with my fridge repair. The repair was fairly challenging and time-consuming. It took them 2-3 hours to perform and it was late at night (they didn't leave the house until 11pm), but they were patient and friendly during the whole process. They did a good job explaining what was going on and I learned a lot about appliances during the process. Even though this repair took a lot longer than expected they charged me a modest price. I'm very glad I hired them for this repair.

I spoke with Shawn this morning and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, tracked down the part, and had my dryer running good as new in less than 2 hours. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely use them again in future.

I just had the BEST experience with this business! The owner and his staff are so friendly! They came and fixed our dryer at my business and were very educational. They also have very reasonable pricing! We will definitely be using them for all future appliance issues!

N2 initially help me troubleshoot over the phone because they thought it might be something small, which I appreciated. But I ended up needing their assistance and they came within a day and a half. Shawn was our technician and he was able to keep our fridge cool while he ordered the part and completed the fix the next day.
They will be my first call if anything happens again!

Awakened this a.m. to find water on floor & stuff in freezer thawing. Great service and follow through. We had multiple issues and parts to order for our oven. Couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail, the “bedside manner”, and the simple authentic customer service. Was even given free advice so I don’t screw things up again!

Excellent experience with N2. They helped us with a recall on our dishwasher when no one else would. Shawn was a great tech. Very professional and taught us a lot about our dishwasher and even other appliances in our home. We will definitely use N2 Appliances again if we need more help fixing our appliances.

Our dryer went down. I scheduled N2 online and had a service visit the next day. The dryer couldn’t be repaired without ordering a part. We were told the part would arrive in a bout a week. So a week later they were back at the house repairing our dryer. Our service techs were good-natured, transparent and professional throughout the entire process. Specifically, after the repair was made our tech, Shawn, spent the time to show us the component he replaced. He also explained root cause of the malfunction and detailed what he did to solve the underlying issue.

In short, I highly recommend.

Fixed our refrigerator efficiently and were very quick to respond when contacted! Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Sean with N2 Appliances was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person I've ever had the pleasure to meet. When I called to schedule service on my dishwasher, he spent time on the phone with me trying to fix the problem, saving me time & money. Unfortunately the issue needed a service call and he was out promptly. Sean identified the problem and made adjustments to prevent it from happening again. He then helped us with another appliance (fridge LED light issue), taking the time to find the part number and walking us through the simple repair ourselves. I won't call anyone except N2 for my appliance repairs needs in the future.

Diagnosed our problem over the phone and helped us decide that it was cheaper to get a new machine than to get it repaired. I appreciate his honesty and time.

Our stove had a gas leak last week. OG&E came out quickly and secured the gas. We called N2 and they came out on an end of day emergency call. Shawn came out and identified a bad valve, but went further to ask if our oven had hot spots. He said it looks the igniters were failing causing voltage fluctuations damaging the valve. He ordered the parts, and when they came in from the manufacturer, returned to fix it. His knowledge and pride of workmanship were evident. He took the time to double check that his original diagnosis was correct and then that there were no further leaks. Definitely recommend this local business.
