Constraction reviews in Edmond, Oklahoma

Had an issue with flooding in my basement. Mandolyn was very helpful on directing me on what services I would need to get basement back to working condition. The cleaning crew was fast and effective to help prevent future issues from arising.

Cleaning ventilation system. Austin and Cory did an excellent job cleaning the vents and the return units. They were very professional and did a thorough job. Answered all my questions about the work they were doing. Would use ServiceMaster again. Thanks guys.

I reached out to servicemaster for help with my tenants home after a water loss. Mandolyn was so helpful and got a technician out same day to check on the house. John was great and very helpful also.

Mandolyn was supper helpful with scheduling and answered any questions I had. The tech Wyatt that was sent out to do the job was polite and dealt well my pups that wanted all of the attention.

Our technician, John, was so professional and conscientious. Thanks to his hard work, our Afghan neighbors were only charged a minimum amount when their apartment was checked during the move out inspection. Thanks, ServiceMaster.

We had a roommate that destroyed a bedroom with dog neglect while we weren’t living with him. I spoke to two gentlemen on the phone that we’re very polite and sensitive to our situation. They swiftly came the next day and Austin was very professional and gave me a piece of mind. With the care they put in their customers, you can tell they want the upmost customer satisfaction. Although they couldn’t service us in the way we needed, they gave us an alternative that really put us at ease with our situation. Would definitely recommend them if a situation ever arose.

The technician, Austin, was kind, professional and empathetic to the elderly resident I care for and eased their embarrassment in the situation. He was efficient and thorough and his thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend. My floors have never looked & smelled so good. Can’t even tell we have a new pup! Mandolin made scheduling and pre work up process a dream as well. Will book again in the future.

Service master came out and cleaned my carpets before I moved out. You can’t even tell I had 3 dogs in there! Thank you Wyatt and Mandolyn for making this process so easy. Will be a returning customer !
