We refer them to many water or biohazard related jobs because they clean & restore the home quickly and effectively. Whenever we call with an emergency, they can usually be there within the hour.

Tyler Gellenbeck showed up and gave me a run down on what exactly was going to happen. He was true to his word. The work was impeccable and the clean up was outstanding.

They came in and tore out walls, baseboards, flooring, and trim that had absolutely NO damage. Also left a huge ding in one of the bedroom doors.. John Price looked me in the face and said that he would let his mngr know....a damn lie. I knew that he was telling a lie when he pushed the papers in my face to sign off on the all is well. I signed them to get them the hell out of my home. DON'T use them. Im going online with photos of the hack job with remarks...stay tuned.

Had a water valve break in the midst of selling my house. ServiceMaster by Eagle Eye was out the same day to start the drying process. They worked with my insurance and had the house ready for repairs in four days. In addition to doing great work, they are very responsive to phone calls during the process.

Mandolyn displayed knowledge I her position. She spent time with me on the phone answering any questions I had. I will absolutely use Service Master in the future with my remodel.

Real simple: Professional courteous!! The first indication was that our scheduled date and time was handled rather nonchalantly: the individual can early, parked but never called to say he was at my home(saw an unfamiliar vehicle on the camera). I had to step out but when I came back, the truck is gone but there was a business card on the porch. {later he stated that the reason he did not come up was because he had arrived early and just waited in his truck} I make the call, he comes over. After the visit, another date was established for the construction portion to begin. I leave work, wait, wait longer...Nothing! By 1600,(their arrival was 1400), I knew I had probably made the wrong choice. No call, no communication, NO EXCUSE! I will shout this from the roof tops to warn people. #ridiculousness

Spring Creek Assembly used them to clean our nursery carpets. They were on time and very professional. Our carpets looked amazing after they were finished. Will be using them again.
