Kelly Stricklin was our GM on the recent rebuild of our home following a fire. He was the consummate professional while simultaneously making one feel like family. He answered ALL of my calls and if he wasn’t available would let me know and call me back. This was one of the most stressful times for our family and Kelly was there every step of the way - offering sage advise, a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on. We’re home and couldn’t be happier with our home - it’s so beautiful and everything we asked for and needed. My bedroom flooded due to a broken pipe. Phoenix Restoration came to the rescue. I was so pleased with them, I employed them as my contractor to do the repairs on my home.
Throughout the entire process they were amazing. Jeff helped in dealing with the insurance company.
Special recognition for Jamison Meppelink, the Project Manager, was the best!!! He made sure the work done was done correctly. In one instance the work on refinishing the floor had some issues. He said “I wouldn’t want it on my home, and you shouldn’t have to settle with it in your home “. Jamison was the best!!!

Randall Williams was the project manager on my home improvement project. Randall pays particular attention to detail and follows notes very well. He is a very kind man. Listen to what you have to say. He is very patient. He works very hard to ensure your satisfaction. As unplanned things arise, Randall addresses them head-on. He has constant communication that I loved. He will give you his honest opinion about anything that you ask him. I highly recommend him for any home improvement project.

This is our second time to use Phoenix and they do amazing work. They’re efficient, thorough, and make a concerted effort to work with your schedule. I can’t recommend them enough for any of your construction needs. Jeff and Jaden have been particularly helpful and easy to work with.

My nephew who worked for State Farm Insurance for 20 years helped me find Phoenix Construction Services in Edmond. I had water damage inside a room that would have eventually caused mold in the flooring and walls. Phoenix Construction did a great job of coordinating restoration work with their sister restoration company. All of the flooring was removed along with a small part of the wall. Wife and l picked out nice flooring they installed to perfection. They even painted the entire room after repairing the wall. Their project manager, Jaelen, was exceptional. I'm a retired engineer with 38 years experience and l highly recommend this professional company.

Pending final actions, so far, so good. I've been very pleased so far. Hopefully, the few remaining items will done this week ... the weather this past week has been wholly crappy so the slight delays are completely understandable. Our Accord representative has been Bob Mitchell ... he has been great!

This company is awesome! They worked with us through some tough financial issues to get the roof we needed. On top of that, their salesmen we're nothing but courteous, and far from pushy. They even fixed a problem that they didn't cause. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would definitely use them again.

In middle of May, Steve from this roofing company and his team members were in our community, knocked on my door and inspected roof. He showed me a video of my roof and stated it was damaged very badly in many places, it will be totaled and paid by insurance 100% sure. We were convinced by the video he showed us and let Steve represent us to file the insurance claim.

A few days later, our insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. After the inspection, the adjuster told us there were only minor damages on the roof, which are far less than our deductible. Our claim was then declined by the insurance.

I contacted Steve immediately to ask for detail information. He insisted the adjuster was wrong, we should contact insurance and request another inspection. I asked him to take more pictures and give me the initial video so I can submit to insurance company as the evidence. He sent someone else to take some pictures but these pictures are not convincing at all. We wouldn’t file the claim If we only had those pictures. He didn’t get back to me with the video. I called him many times, only answered one time on Tuesday 6/18 and saying - He is driving, will look for videos, and get back to me immediately - until now, nothing heard.

I know I was too naive to trust a stranger at the beginning. Hope no one else will fall into this trap like me did. Definitely lessons learned!

They always use the best quality material available on the market... ...I really like the fact that they absolutely, WILL NOT, compromise when it comes to quality of material.

Accord Construction is the go to group in the OKC Metro for commercial roofing. No other roofing company will treat you as well, and finish your project as quickly as Accord. My company has used Accord for numerous commercial office building roofing projects. These projects have been both new construction and insurance claims. Their friendly service and quick response times make my job much easier!

Accord Construction replaced the roof in 2013 on the St Matthew's United Methodist Church's Education Build located in Tulsa. They were very professional and efficient in doing this roofing project. The work-site was always cleaned-up and the trash and construction waste was placed in the dumpster. The site supervisor was very helpful in answering question from the Church Trustees who were responsible for seeing that the work was done according to the agreement with Accord and St Matthew's UMC.
