Constraction reviews in Edmond, Oklahoma

The level of quality, attention to detail, and overall intention of the build, ALONG with the integrity of the ENTIRE team is UNMATCHED! This development company has definitely stamped the building/construction industry with GREATNESS because their number one priority is always the people they serve.

Cosmopolitan is top tier when it comes to your home building needs! They really pay attention to details and use all the best finishes!! Smooth process to work with them from start to finish! 10 out of 10 recommend them for your building process!

Cosmopolitan Construction is a God-send. Dewayne is absolutely amazing and truly cares about his clients. They make the whole home building process as stress-free as possible and maintains an honorable service that is without a doubt tailored to the homeowner’s needs. If you are looking for a builder that is just different from those typical in the industry by being served throughout the process, then Cosmopolitan Construction should be your first call.

We built our current home with Cosmopolitan Construction and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. DeWayne and his team were outstanding at communicating throughout the process and ensuring that we were satisfied with every part of the build, resulting in a home that is a dream come true. These characteristics are extremely critical when it comes to building a custom home. DeWayne clearly has a desire to serve, which contributed to our positive experience. When contractors needed to make corrections, he was a strong advocate for us. He ensured that the best job possible was produced.
Thank you, Cosmo, for building a beautiful home or us. If you are looking for a builder who values your experience, great service, honesty, and delivers high - quality construction, choose Cosmopolitan Construction . We highly recommend them.

I have worked with Dusty and his crew several times. They are always professional and do great work! Would highly recommend

Very honest and professional company. Dusty explained everything to me and went above and beyond the needed repair on my roof vent. We will certainly use this roofing company in the future if needed and will recommend them for sure.

Quick and easy

Awesome company quality work

Ok for oklahoma standards but it is a $15 pay cut from Illinois construction companies

Great people! Great customer service! Can't say anything positive things about them!!

They gave me a time to pick up my pizza and it was ready and hot. The employees are very nice.

They closed down the entirety of Penn from britton all the way to Nichols Hills (for a week now) your poor cartography skills and lack of city planning should not constitute a loss of income, loss of my personal time, and an excessive waste of gas on my end. Not only did I call the office and speak with someone up there who was supposed to be managing the project he couldn’t even give me an estimate of when they would be done so add an extreme amount of incompetency to the list of things that these people represent. Not only did they have zero solutions for me they basically told me to get over it when I told them that I shouldn’t be insanely inconvenienced by how absolutely awful they are at their job. If I had done that at my job I would be fired but I guess that’s what you get when you expect any type of decent customer service out of somebody like Crossland.

I can’t believe Crossland Construction and Contractors Portables / Elizabeth Gravett.
would employ a person who has been accused of allegedly molesting a child . This person goes into schools and parks. It’s my belief that the company shouldn’t even be taking that risk with such a horrible charge, shame on you Crossland Construction Company in OKlahoma! Whoever hired this individual should be fired it will be your fault when or if this person hursts a child on your watch !and it would be nice for u to let the public know how and when u handle this situation. I truly believe this is a news worthy situation. Just think how the media and the public would feel to know that your company hires ppl who have been accused of this type of crime , especially when they go into parks and schools to do their job.!I believe the public has a right to know so they can protect their children and family from a potential predator. The media would be happy to spread word of the potential danger . This man’s children were taken away from him from DHS . Now tell me there isn’t a possibility he could be a serious threat !

I'm giving a 4 star because the lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and took care of my concern immediately. But the reason I had to call in the first place is because one of the companies drivers turned from the right side lane cutting in front of me, with my child in the car, the middle lane and cross traffic to get to the construction site. Instead of turning around and being safe they just cut in front of everyone and drove over all the lanes.

Do NOT use this company for anything what so ever! They only hire the crappiest people with terrible attitudes & ridiculous work ethic!

I’ve been calling for over a week trying to get a hold of somebody to discuss some concerns I have but no one answers the phone in the voicemail box is full

They treat nice

I have used Kitt Herron for multiple projects around the house. He did my flooring and storm door. Kitt did an excellent job. He was refereed to me by mother. Kitt remodeled her entire house. It was done excellently as well. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kitt for some home renovations, including new floors, a guest bath, and a master bath remodel. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of excellent.

One of the standout aspects was how easy Kitt was to work with. He listened carefully to our ideas and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Kitt was fantastic at tailoring the project to our exact (and sometimes picky) goals. He never once seemed frustrated with our many requests or changes; instead, he took everything in stride with a “roll with the punches” mentality. His patience and willingness to accommodate our vision, no matter how detailed or specific, really set him apart.

The attention to detail was evident in every part of the project. Whether it was the precision of the floor installation or the fine touches in both bathrooms, Kitt went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and it really shows in the final result.

Another bonus was knowing that we were working with a family business. It's rare to find such a personalized and genuine approach in today's world, and it made the entire process feel even more special. We could tell Kitt truly cares about his work and his customers.

Overall, we highly recommend Kitt. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction made all the difference in transforming our space. We look forward to working with him again on future projects!

I have worked with H Industries on several projects including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, etc. They are easy to work with, communicate well, and always get the job done on time. They are also great at helping you dream, design, and come up with a plan that works well within your budget. Highly recommend H Industries!

H Industries checks all the right boxes from start to finish. Top tier quality in their work. Very professional and efficient with each project. They do an incredible job at helping bring your vision to life. Built a couple different accent walls to give each space more depth. Communication throughout each project was spot on. Looking forward to the many more projects in the future!
