Electrical reviews in Edmond, Oklahoma
-
They are incredibly rude and they are not as helpful as any of the other lockes in the metro. Worst locke around, just because of the employees.
-
Was treating completely condescendingly because I was not a contractor who knows the exact terms and nomenclature. They have hard to find parts but not worth being talked down to.
-
Great help. Very knowledgeable staff. Not the friendliest. But I got my part and fixed my leak.
-
Josh took time to call me back with info I needed! Thank you Josh!
-
They seem to hire guys who know the stock and how to use it, but many know little about how to deal with anyone who is not a pro. Many of us do-it-yourselfers find the customer service a bit off-putting.

Best electrical supply house in central Oklahoma. They have one of the best varieties of product, and their customer service is next level. Thank you guys for everything you do.
-
This locke is amazing! They have had every part that ive needed from building the electric service rack for my new house to the plumbing parts to fix my frozen busted well house. Way to go Locke Keep it up

Really don't know how these guys stay in business worse than Home Depot and that's saying something. Poorest customer service I have ever seen. Good luck on your way to bankruptcy!!!
-
Zero stars. I went in to find an adapter for my pool pump and the MORON behind the counter stated in a quite rude voice "If it's for pools, I don't have it". Did not even want to provide service to a paying customer, do NOT do business with these people

VERY friendly, knowledgeable and supportive staff.
Walked in there 3 minutes to closing. They took their time and gave all the advice needed.
Never did I feel pressured or rushed.

I may have just met the rudest person in the world at this location. Avoid it! Shop any other location. Plumbing customer service is horrific. Reno location is full of great and happy people.

White haired Dave told me that returns over $200 would need to be issued a check. I returned $138 worth of stuff a few days later and Dave told me they needed to cut a check because it was too much. He lied to me multiple times but that was the last straw.

I just walked into the plumbing supply part of the store. I needed help with parts to re-install a faucet. The man at the counter literally looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face and said “I have no idea.” I will never go back here. There was no one else in the store they were not busy and he was not helpful at all!
-
Good supply and reliable service. However, this is overshadowed by the store's lack of compliance with Covid-19 related city ordinances for mask wearing and social distancing. Entered and saw at least 5 employees and 7 customers - none wearing masks or social distancing as required. Therefore, going to this store is a higher public health risk.
-
Absolutely terrible! If I could give no stars, then I would. The employees are no help and have bad attitudes. I stood in line waiting to be checked out and both employees at the registers sat there playing on their phones for 10mins before checking me out. The shelves are never stocked and the parking lot is a nightmare trying to get in and out of. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!!!!

Been to the plumbing side for convenience in the past and customer service was horrible. Went in the electrical side today after a couple years and nothing has changed. They couldn't help or actually wouldn't help with some simple questions and they guy behind the counter acted like I was bothering him while he was in conversation with a female employee. Only go here if there's no other option.

If I could give the Locke Supply in Edmond 0 stars, I would. The manager “Rob” I don’t know he got his position at all because this guy clearly does not know the meaning of customer service, just outright rude and everything opposite of how someone should work in a parts supply store. With no morals he shows his co-workers that customer service is a joke because every time I go in this store it seems like no one has experience in customer service. Now I’ve served at restaurants and sold cars in my past to know that good business is based off a level of “respect”. If I can I’ll never return to this Locke unless I absolutely have too or they get a some more appropriate employees.

I go here every once in a while when I need certain specialty items right away. They've got on-the-shelf items that may be hard to find at other local stores like Ace, Lowe's, and Home Depot.
Like others are mentioning here, the customer service is very interesting. The employees are not the most friendly bunch, which makes me wonder what the store owner is thinking by letting this persist.
I would try Locke Supply if you can't get the items you need at Lowe's or Home Depot. Their prices are pretty good. If you know what you need going in to the store, then you won't need to make much contact with the employees and shouldn't have any problems. -
Picking up my meter base for new construction services they were Super helpful and fast. #GETRDUNN

As others have said. This place doesn’t know customer service. Walked in up to the counter. 2 guys sitting behind the counter not doing anything near me. Another over in the corner talking on his cell phone about Facebook. I said “how are y’all doing”. They both just look at me with blank stares. I said “uh, how are y’all doing?” One of them says “good”. Asked them about some fittings and they proceeded to make me try and feel stupid for not knowing what I needed. Felt super uncomfortable and you could not pay me to buy another item from these fools. Maybe they don’t need the extra customers and have enough business that they don’t need customer service. I wouldn’t expect a red carpet rolled out. Just common decency and these guys don’t have it. The worst one is heavy set guy with a tattooed wedding band. Guy looks like he wakes up miserable every day and it shows in everyone that works there.

While remodeling my house I was making a lot of trips to this location. I had the chance to be helped by almost everyone that works there. One thing for sure, you know that people that work here are way more knowledgeable than most of the other people that work at competitor's location.
If there is one thing I do not like much about this place is the price difference that you pay if you are a contractor and the one you pay if you are just a regular customer.
Some guy was helping me fix an AC unit and told me to go there and pick up a part for him. I forgot to give them his company name and he was furious that they charged me almost double the price he usually pays.
What I like about this location is that if they don't have what you are looking for they will tell you where to find it or even call another location for you.
