Can’t say enough about Integrated Electric !!
They always send out very knowledgeable and friendly technicians who do great job of installations and / or
identifying the reason we are having an electrical issue. We’ve done business with them for over 4 years and we will continue to do so because good people, good work and good companies are hard to come by !

Their electrician broke a light twice that he was supposed to install and it was all paid for. The 3rd time he came out to install the light that was supposed to be installed in our new build before we even purchased it, they had the nerve to send is a bill!! Both the office and the guy who came out knew that we did not schedule the service ourselves and that it was the builder's responsibility. Hate that we have to work with them bc that's who our builder used. Have not had good experiences.
All our fans installed by them were super wonky as well

Alarm system is trigged randomly throughout the day and night - I tried to have my concerns remedied however have yet to hear from this business. After hours emergency line never returns calls so getting any sort of help from this place is laughable. Absolute garbage - I tried to have the BBB contact this business with no success. I did have one of the techs come out to pick up all their trash they left at my house lol

They did the electric in our new build. We had daily issues in the kitchen with the inability to run more than one appliance at once, including appliances on independent circuits. Builder sent Integrated out three times to troubleshoot, and the Integrated electricians couldn't care less. They wouldn't truly hear our concerns and kept blaming the appliances. We hired a private inspector who warned us that the wiring was potentially done improperly. Integrated was sent out again (because the inspector reported a potential fire hazard) and finally did actual work! They re-wired the problem area, and we haven't had a single issue since, proving that the fault was in Integrated's craftsmanship the whole time. It's so annoying that it took so many visits to fix shoddy work on a brand new house. Plus, the customer service was nonexistent from start to finish. The experience with Integrated is the reason that I warn others of vendor carelessness in new construction.
UPDATE: Seems like faulty wiring will become an issue in our entire (brand new!) house. Check out attached photo of our lovely switch plate burns.

Experience was great! I had a "bird box" issue that they corrected and had ceiling fans & lighting replaced. They were quick and professional. Everyone was very nice. I highly reccomend. Very reasonable price in my mind for the work done.
