Jeff did several work types for our home that was prepping for sale and knocked it out of the park! Work included drywall repair and beautification, painting, plumbing, and fixture installation. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Jeff a couple times and he is fantastic.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at Artisan Handyman. We are out of state landlords and depend on reliable and honest contractors to manage our rental units. We sent them out to do a move out inspection and repairs. Mary was in constant communication with us during the repairs. They sent us clear estimates, before and after photos, itemized work lists and were able to work on our tight timeline. Highly recommend.

Jeff worked on a leak under my kitchen sink that had been worked on by 3 other people unsuccessfully. He fixed it! Jeff is pleasant to work with, he is very thorough and cleans up after himself - even when you tell him it's okay I'm going to vacuum when he's finished. He was prompt, not bothered by my dogs, cat or grandkids.

He explained things in English, did not try to scare me or upsell me on work that was unnecessary.

I am planning on doing some remodeling to my home soon and I intend to have Jeff back to do some of the work. I'll let you know how the new projects go. I think that having him back is the best indication of how I feel about his work. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.

I called Artisan Handyman for two jobs very recently to repair an electrical issue and assemble and install two ceiling fans. Jeff was great with his skill and knowledge to get the jobs done and also friendly and fast. Robert Listen

My experience was outstanding, in all aspects of the business. Even during a very busy time, they found time to do my job. The technician they sent, Tim, was so kind and gracious and did a wonderful job quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. Mary, who was my main contact was so helpful through everything. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly. They are reasonably priced as well.

Choosing Artisan Handyman to make needed repairs to my poorly constructed pergola was absolutely a right decision. Over three days, Jeff removed the pergola’s previous poor construction, trued and strengthen the framework, installed a completely new “roof” that provided exactly the right amount of shade, and redressed its low bordering brick wall. From the embarrassment it had been to now being a prized part of the house and yard, my pergola became all I had hoped it would be…thanks to Jeff and Mary at Artisan Handyman. I’ve got more projects planned for them; can’t wait to get started.

Jeff came out to give me an estimate on a job and he ended up fixing my issue on the spot. Because the solution was simple, Jeff would not let me pay him for his time. Mary was a pleasure to work with and had great communication throughout. I will definitely be using Artisan again.

They came and reviewed the drywall and other repairs and gave us a very accurate explanation about cost and time. They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, worked diligently and our walls look outstanding. They also cleaned up completely including vacuuming not only where they worked, but also the hallway and the stairs where they had only walked back and forth. It is difficult to find conscientious and detail oriented construction workers these days and Artisan workers are the real deal. We have already scheduled some additional repair work.

We have used Jeff and Mary multiple times over the past year. I have not been able to say enough great things about them. Mary is always so sweet, Jeff is hard working, timely, and extremely helpful. We trust them to do all of our installs, repairs and work in our house.

Jeff and his team have a great, professional and honest business going. After months of back and forth with another contractor, we went with Artisan Handyman. The process to get a bid could not have been more simple due to their online process. Took all of about 3 minutes, and I had a bid within a day or two. Communication was great, handyman showed up on time, was kind and respectful while working inside our home all day. The job took longer than anticipated, but they did waive the overtime (only 20 or so minutes) which I felt was fair and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

Jeff and his wife, who manages their office, were professional and communicated very well. Jeff repaired a section of backsplash in our kitchen and did a great job. There was an issue with the grout after it dried and I reached out to Jeff about it. He was very apologetic and came out again to remedy the situation at no extra cost. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Fair price, great communication, and stands behind his work.

I had a list of repairs and Jeff did a very professional job on everything. I plan on using his services again. His wife did a great job of scheduling and keeping in touch, letting me know when he would be arriving.

Great job! Our bannister was barely attached and I have 3 small children. Original installation was done so poorly and Jeff secured it well and did it pretty fast. Would definitely hire again next time we’re in need.

Their online quote process eliminated a bunch of phone calls since I could explain the scope of work I needed, could upload pics for them ahead of time, and they could schedule my start date with easy to understand written pricing structure. In slightly more than a single day, Jeff, a.k.a. Artisan Handyman, expertly and swiftly assembled multiple pieces of new Ikea furniture, including a dining room table with six matching chairs; a large dresser and two bedside stands in the master bedroom; and tall display cabinets in the entry area. Jeff and his wife and associate, Mary, were ever smiling, punctual, and focused. We will gladly and confidently turn to them again when we undertake our next project in our new home.

An excellent experience! Jeff and Mary Richards provided superb service. Communications were great. Jeff showed up on time and when he said he would. The work was excellent, and the price was very fair. He worked diligently on our old bathroom. Our house is about 130 years old, with a lot of work to be done. This job entailed taking out a toilet, replacing rotten hardwood floorboards and securing sound flooring. He did all of this in 1.5 days with very minimal disruption. The estimate was fair, and adhered to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are also very nice and personable people!

Jeff worked for me several weeks on numerous jobs: replacing doors, installing Murphy door locks, painting, even repairing work done incorrectly by others. Always punctual, prepared, and with a good attitude he was an excellent problem solver. His wife was a terrific scheduler for him and kept us all well informed. I'll definitely be using him for further repairs.

Stay away from these people- I paid them a $1500 deposit in APRIL and have been incredibly understanding and patient waiting for them to complete the job after being told Jeff suffered an accident and needed time to recover. Well - it's AUGUST and now when I call it goes straight to voicemail and no answer to multiple text messages or emails. I even called from another number and guess what THEY ANSWERED!!! I was given apologies and reassurances that I will be contacted promptly and put on the schedule... that is after hearing it's just "so hot right now"... That was two weeks ago. So clearly I'm being "blocked" and ignored on purpose. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I will be taking them to small claims court.

Jeff has done several jobs at our home, always with an excellent result. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mary runs the office and is a pleasure. We would recommend this business.
