Did an alright job cleaning my air-bnb. Used them for approximately a year. My issues arose after I had used them for a few months and had liked their service. I had a poor review on air-bnb saying it wasn't clean. I initially dismissed this as a person wanting a free night. However after I stopped by to drop something off at the property one day, and it had supposedly been "cleaned" the day prior, the floor had clearly not been swept or mopped and there were multiple other issues as well. Just didn't like feeling like I had to check up on them to verify the level of cleanliness. It obviously degraded over time and probably depending on who serviced your house.

I used their service on a rental property. Needed a meticulous deep clean, make ready. I initially used a different company before them and that other company didn't do fireplaces, walls, baseboards or wipe down inside cabinets and so forth. So I looked for a new company. This cleaning company however exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased.
