I also like Elevated Cleaning Solutions because I can text them and get an immediate response or even email them. Often they respond after business hours. I certainly didn’t expect that. And very reasonably priced.

Elevated did a great job on my house flip. Its was a mess after construction and was move in ready after the great job they did.

Keisha spent about 2.5 hours cleaning. She did s WONDERFUL job, very pleasant experience at reasonable price! Will be using again in future. Highly recommended.

This was my first time getting my house cleaned by someone other than me. Kendra and Jessica more than exceeded my expectations!!! I now have two great ladies to help me keep my home sparkling clean!! Josh is doing a great job with his company.

First of all, I’m very grateful for the work and it does look a little cleaner in the house, but in general I’m pretty disappointed in the service.
For starters, they won’t clean a surface if there is something sitting on it, like a coffee maker or a mixer. So we had to find places to put our stuff and basically empty the rooms they were coming to clean. Annoying, but I guess I understand. They arrived at 10:00 AM and didn’t leave until 5:30, so they were here a long time. When I came downstairs after they left, I noticed there were several things they didn’t finish. Plus, the cleaner they used to mop the floor left a sticky film on the tile so we had to mop again so the floor wasn’t sticky anymore.
All in all, it was mostly just an okay job. Pretty disappointed about the floors though.

Did show up and clean for about 2 hours. But some of the areas were skipped such as binds,windows and fire place. Some of the places that looked clean were not covered. I can still feel the dust on it. Have to clean on my own. Called their customer service and they said they would ask someone to call me back. Never received any call backs. Doesn’t worth the money I spent.

Updates on Feb/25: Did receive a call back after I left a review. Nothing can do because it was over 24 hrs already. I did have a construction at kitchen but it’s just painting on cabinets. Besides no construction work won’t leave spider nets & dead bugs on binds.

Home Clean Heroes has cleaned for me for a year. They are great. Leave your home shining and are very pleasant to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
