While I appreciate the technician that came out and did the repair. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of than by this company. I had a pipe bust on the first floor of our house and since it was the day after Christmas I had a house full of guests. They came out and it took approximately an hour to do the repair and used some plastic pipe and a few fittings then charged me $2500. I felt totally taken advantage of. I called to complain and was told a manager would call and I’m still waiting. If you can steer clear of this company.
As of today, I have yet to receive a response from Hi-Tech. I’m waiting to discuss my issue with the service and costs and not surprisingly, I am still waiting. If you really take my issue seriously I think you owe me the courtesy of call.

Barry the technician that came out to service my plumbing was one of the top five best service agents I’ve ever come across and I’ve been in this line of work for 18 years. He did everything they promised and more with running the camera and showing me what issues I have. He was also very respectful and professional and very, very clean and orderly. Would definitely recommend Barry for anyone dealing with a plumbing issue. And they only charged me $99 They definitely under sold and over delivered.
