Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew what he was doing and got right to it. Experience was exactly what we have come to expect from Quality Heating and Plumbing. The heater quit on the coldest day of the year and on a Sunday to boot and they covered me quickly.

Jeremy and his helper (sorry, I can’t remember his helper’s name) did a great job! Very helpful in explaining everything they were doing in diagnosing and performing the repair. Got it done quickly, too!

Experience was hands down the best! From my initial outreach via their website, Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was so responsive. I was dealing with my home warranty in which couldn't come for over a week to replace my Water Heater. With a quick outreach and a conversation, I had a technician at my house within 3 hours. And a plan to replace my Water Heater within 24 hours. Everyone was so respectful, and the technicians did a great job. Thank you!

The tech that came out to look at our AC/Furnace was Juan and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us in the know of what issues we had and explained everything to us so we better understood and we really appreciated that. Overall, he gave amazing customer service and we appreciated his time and knowledge.

Had a great experience this evening with tech Remington. Very knowledgeable & kept me informed through the whole process. Worked really hard to fix a leak in our stove. Appreciated how quick Quality sent someone out after calling. Overall, very impressed and appreciative of our overall experience.

Shycoby (Scooby) and John T are by far the best 2 workers we've had. Both down to earth, respectful, hilarious. They did a wonderful job replacing our furnace and AC unit. It may have been a long cold 12 hours, but they did fantastic keeping us informed of what was going on. Austin and Michael also did a wonderful job replacing our water tank yesterday. Super helpful explaining everything to me and answering any question I had.

Last minute HVAC issue was resolved with speed and professionalism. On call phone reps were awesome to work with. Service tech Tyler was great to work with. He was able to identify the issue and make an adjustment to hopefully mitigate any future issues. He was professional and courteous. Provided updates when necessary on his troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Thank you for having him on the team.

I recently purchased a home and needed to have the water pressure reduced to prevent my home warranty from being voided. I was able to get scheduled the same day.

William is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and was able to take care of everything that same day, which was a huge relief. I would recommend Quality to anyone.

Skyler did an excellent job of replacing my kitchen faucet and under-the-counter faucet on/off valves. He came out the same day I called and completed it within a couple of hours. I appreciate that Skyler was courteous, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I also appreciate that he offered my the HVAC annual service agreement that discounted my expense and will be a great benefit over the year.

My 70+ year old home has experienced 2 major Quality makeovers in the last 2 weeks!! Yehaw!! Plumbing repipe being last 3 days! I had an outstanding experience with Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric! They recently hooked up my Jellyfish permanent lights, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and incredibly well-done.

A huge shoutout to Blaine, Gene, Levi, Josh, Nate, Jaiden, and Billy—each one of them brought top-tier workmanship, courtesy, and attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. My lighting system looks amazing, and the installation was handled flawlessly from start to finish.

Austin was timely and very professional with a respectful and positive attitude, especially in light of an urgent after hours call. Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric responded with professionalism to our after hours call, gave us a status of when we could expect Austin, and expectations for a courtesy call when he would be on his way, which he did. Follow up service that includes the camera in the snaking of our line was immediately scheduled for the next day, and they promptly sent a text and email confirmation for it. I've never experienced this level of customer service for plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company and will always call on them for any of their services.

Keyton S, Blaine F and Jaiden D came out this morning to install a new downstairs HVAC unit for us. What a great and friendly group of guys! Everything went very smoothly and they were super attentive and worked well together. This company has great employees across the board. We know what it takes to maintain a healthy company culture and Quality has obviously done a fantastic job!

Had a great experience from start to finish. My house is 33 years old, original pipes. I had a leak and Mike came out after I got off work (convenient for sure) this was a Thursday evening. My entire home was repiped by Monday at 530 pm. Tanner was great spent most of the time under the house but maintained communication. Julian was very personable and made sure I knew what was happing throughout the day. Price for a 3000 sq foot house was reasonable with great payment options including 0% for 12 months which made me very happy.
I did sign up for the 14.99/month plan to have my home inspected 2 times a year so our home is protected from anything water.
If you need plumbing work done call them. Always on call and work is completed fast. And no messes left!
