Scaasi was able to help us same-day on a weekend when our furnace stopped, unfortunately it was a Sunday and we needed a specific part for this brand, but got a quick and direct diagnosis that was on point. Helpful explanation and great service all around.

Everyone at Quality from phone representatives, salesperson, installers were highly professional!! All were courteous and respectful of our property. Josh and Billy were the technicians and they were exceptional! Kudos to them and everyone else. Very bad service!!!! Technician Jake P. was very rude and disrespectful, acting like I am stupid child. Yes I have an accent but it’s not the way you should act when you service the customer. That same guy didn’t solve any issues, instead did a hole in my under sink plumbing, almost flooded whole bathroom and left without fixing it, he said it will cost me too much to fix it(his mistake)… Afterwards he tried to sell expensive service claiming that this will solve my issue. I rejected it and called Mason’s plumbing in Bartlesville, they came out and fix my issue in couple hours way cheaper than this scammer. Never again will call this company.

Our tech Ryan B was very thorough in the inspection of our HVAC system. He provided multiple pictures and fully explained the issues we had and how the different components work. Very professional and a great addition to your company!

I needed tons of work done to a home that I just purchased. None of these issues were reported in my inspection! I was stuck with a junky-broke-down home! And several of the issues were critical. I tried reaching out, frantically, to individual plumbers, electricians, and heat & air people for quotes. Thankfully, there were companies to choose from that offered all repairs under one umbrella. I went with Quality and did not regret it. The people working there were extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. Everyone was kind and enjoyable to converse with. My anxieties about a junky home are gone. I seriously feel like the people at Quality are my heroes. I highly recommend Quality! You won't regret it.

Gene and Gustavo came out today to clean our ducts. They were prompt, kind, and professional! My dog who is super skeptical of all new people immediately fell in love with Gene. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew what he was doing and got right to it. Experience was exactly what we have come to expect from Quality Heating and Plumbing. The heater quit on the coldest day of the year and on a Sunday to boot and they covered me quickly.

Jeremy and his helper (sorry, I can’t remember his helper’s name) did a great job! Very helpful in explaining everything they were doing in diagnosing and performing the repair. Got it done quickly, too!

Experience was hands down the best! From my initial outreach via their website, Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was so responsive. I was dealing with my home warranty in which couldn't come for over a week to replace my Water Heater. With a quick outreach and a conversation, I had a technician at my house within 3 hours. And a plan to replace my Water Heater within 24 hours. Everyone was so respectful, and the technicians did a great job. Thank you!

The tech that came out to look at our AC/Furnace was Juan and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us in the know of what issues we had and explained everything to us so we better understood and we really appreciated that. Overall, he gave amazing customer service and we appreciated his time and knowledge.
