Paige, their receptionist / scheduler is rude and did not even acknowledge my request to reschedule her proposed time. I asked her to reschedule 3 times and each time she ignored me and tried to explain why she scheduled that time. After the third time of me telling her I was not concerned about her reasons for that scheduled time, she hung up on me, and then had the nerve to call me rude in an email.
Unfortunately they are being contracted by AT&T to do work for us, otherwise I would have called somebody else. If they were tbe last electricians available, I would NEVER call them to do work for me.

I haven't actually seen anyone.i called for an estimate..I will get an estimate in october

I had a great experience. They called and were on time. We had Baylor W. and his crew doing the work. Very capable and polite.
