Tony really saved the day here! Have a basketball gym and one of the goals (electric height adjuster) was stuck and unusable with a dead motor. Tony came early in the am to diagnose the problem and later at night with the part and fixed the issue. Games will go on tomorrow!! Much appreciated.

Really appreciate Tony getting us squared away with no power working to our master bedroom. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty breaker. Really appreciate he and his team and will call again in the [hopefully not so soon] future.

Tony came out and checked the panel and identified that the previous installation of generator was not in compliance possibly causing spike shortages and loss of appliances. He sent Clayton as the technician to replace and correct the panel. Clayton was very polite and professional. He was patient with our many questions and completed the job expeditiously. Tripped part of the house one evening. Resetting the breakers didn’t seem to fix it. I called and Tony walked me step by step to find solutions. He was able to not only help me troubleshoot and solve the problem but he didn’t charge me a dime. 10/10.

Tony sent Clayton over and he immediatley diagnosed and replaced a smart circuit breaker that would not re-set, with a normal more reliable regular 20 amp circuit breaker. It was great, immediate service even though it was the holidays. We have used ACE previously and have always been impressed, which makes us repeat customers.
