Dealing with Troy was a hellish ordeal. When he was almost immediately abrasive in spite of the glowing recommendation I’d received I SHOULD have RUN. But WHO would think anyone SO evil that with full knowledge that you were developing a piece of raw land and would be using a new 2020 Fifth Wheel as temporary housing, leave you with no power plug! Was even worse when I let him know it wasn’t there and THEN he grudgingly put in a 30 amp receptacle. I have a FIFTY AMP RV and he KNEW it. Even having been given the exact distance from the road and droveway AND blazing pink flagged pins he PLOPS that eyesore in the EXACT place I said NOT TO EVEN LOOK AT! I’m a newbie at all this and he treated me like PURE TRASH! . His negligence led to over three THOUSAND dollars of extra expense. Six months later and it’s finally straightened out. I could spit nails!

Nothing but nice things to say. We needed a switch fixed in the attic before the inspector was to come the next day and they moved our day up. Troy was on time, got the work done, and fixed the switch. Definitely would recommend!

Mark & Austin did a fantastic job at our home. Highly recommended. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable, had the resources w/ them to make the required work product, & had excellent support. I am a 33 year REALTOR & I know great service providers when I see one. The builder's electrician wouldn't come to make repairs we needed on our 9 month old home. My insurance person told me that Gooch Smith company was very good. They are great. If you need an electrician to wire a home, re-wire a home, add an electrical switch, repair one that's incorrectly installed by another electrician, or just hang a ceiling fan, Gooch Smith in Guthrie OK is the best you can call, in my opinion.

I have nothing negative to say. Troy came when he said would. They did exactly what I needed them to do, in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and pleasant. I'd go through them again.

Paige, their receptionist / scheduler is rude and did not even acknowledge my request to reschedule her proposed time. I asked her to reschedule 3 times and each time she ignored me and tried to explain why she scheduled that time. After the third time of me telling her I was not concerned about her reasons for that scheduled time, she hung up on me, and then had the nerve to call me rude in an email.

Unfortunately they are being contracted by AT&T to do work for us, otherwise I would have called somebody else. If they were tbe last electricians available, I would NEVER call them to do work for me.

I haven't actually seen anyone.i called for an estimate..I will get an estimate in october

I had a great experience. They called and were on time. We had Baylor W. and his crew doing the work. Very capable and polite.

This is the first time I have written a review for a business business I have not used but I was so impressed with the fact that the phone was answered by a real person. I had a call in with another company who said that they would be out the previous day and never showed. The lady I spoke with at Carey Electric told me that they were booked solid for the next few weeks and simply could not promise to get to me in a timely manner. I appreciate her honesty so much. I feel very confident about the integrity of this company.

When you're a new resident and you call a "family, home town" company for a quote I think you should get more than an abrupt "We're not available!" from the person on the phone! Which is what I got when I just called. I mean, not available EVER or just today. To which the woman replied well not for weeks. Asked for a referral, told her just moved here and she barked "We don't DO that. So much for home town charm. That family can STUFF IT.

Had ice storm and lost meter and up right pole. Called jim case. And he answered the phone and came out the next day. Fixed everything I needed done. I highly recommend him and his daughter.

Jim and Sam disconnected my generator switch box, moved it to my current residence and did so with flawless service. I’ve recommended Case numerous times and heard nothing but positive results!

We added a half bath to our house. Case came out in about an hour. They did everything I asked and were friendly to work with! They even charged me less than originally quoted. Case is now my electrician of choice and should be yours too!

During the month of April 2021, Case Electric did an excellent job installing exterior soffit lights on our house. Jim, his daughter and crew were very professional. We were highly pleased with the finished job and the quality of their workmanship.

Tony answered his phone when I called! That was the first positive. He was friendly & quick to set up an appointment. He was on time for the appointment and very thorough on his explanation of the issues of the home. He answered all of my many questions. After the appointment he has been happy to answer follow up questions that I had. I will be calling him again in the future.

The owner Tony is the best! Had great communication with options. Crew came out - very friendly and answered all my questions without fail. They are my new crew for any electrical solutions.

March 2025 -We needed An electrician due to the wildfire damage and promptly called A.C.E again. As always, Tony was prompt and respectful. We definitely recommendations company!

We had a generator access point with a main breaker interlock system installed and are very pleased with the entire process from quoting the job to completion. The owner Tony P communicated promptly and we were notified when the work crew was in route. Very happy to find an electrician serving our rural area!

And then they came back to add an outlet! So appreciate Omar and his crew!

We used ACE again for work at church in Guthrie. They removed old fluorescent lights in a classroom and updated them. It made a huge difference to the space. Again, Omar and his crew are A+!

Excellent service, very professional and also very quick. I appreciate ACE Electrical for their services, and I will recommend them to others without any hesitation.

Gentleman came out to my home- he was extremely cocky and arrogant. I needed my breaker box inspected and he refused to do so- said breaker boxes don’t go bad. If I could say zero stars I would! I know my breaker box is having troubles because my home at random times pops random breakers or shorts out… but this company clearly did not want my business. However! They push you via email to leave a review- so here ya go! Be professional! Leave your macho mentality at the door and most importantly do the job correctly and to the full extent!

Edited: you and your company are full of lies. I have email threads as well as text messages to show that your employee knew the issues as well as was given permission to INSPECT the breaker box by my landlord! Stop lying to attempt to make your company better! You were caught red handed and I called you out.
