I had a leak (of coarse while the husband was out of town) that I just could not figure out where it was coming from. Keith A. was on time, professional and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy. 😂 He found the leak and repaired it quickly. Highly recommend and they give a military discount which is much appreciated.

Noticed a major leak in my pump house at 630 am, called several 24/7 companies, but only VIP answered the phone! They came out very quickly and got me fixed! Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Customer Service is so important and they excelled in that department.
They were fast to replace my pressure tank and take care of a clogged drain and replacing the float in the toilet tank. They aren’t the cheapest but there’s something to be said to peace of mind, reliability, cleanliness and knowledge. If you are the first job of the day, they even offer breakfast. Ok, Well in my dreams they did!

I’ve had work done by VIP Plumbing for multiple years now, both big and small. The technicians are always helpful, respectful, and friendly, and willing to answer and explain any questions I have. I had drainage issues this week that resulted in Junior and Dylan having to come out a second time in two days when another problem came up, and they were quick to assess the culprit and provide me detailed information. They never overcharge, provide a teacher discount (which I greatly appreciate), and always make sure I am fully taken care of. I never look forward to having a water issue, but having a company I can call at any time of day when something arises who will provide prompt and reliable service is a huge blessing!

Ryan was really knowledgeable about the process while replacing my water heater. Professional and efficient at the job. This was the 2nd time we've used VIP Plumbing and we'll continue to do so. Thanks again Ryan and the rest of VIP Plumbing.

Our line froze couple of days ago due to the extreme cold weather we had during the night, and have been without water for couple of days..my husband called VIP Plumbing and they were out here the very next morning...Junior and Dillon did such an amazing job fixing our pipe and un freezing it..within couple of hrs we had water again!!! They were both so sweet and very respectful and gave us 3 options that worked best..I totally recommend them to come and fix your plumbing!!

Great guys. Got us on the schedule quick even though it was the weekend. They were able to quickly diagnose the situation on and begin repairs. The guys were fully transparent with the costs and explained everything being done each time there was an additional step needed. Again can’t say enough how grateful we are to have called Vip for our problem. Highly advise their prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Absolutely fantastic! Cliff (who answered my call) and Chris (the plumber who fixed my plumbing) were amazing! They were very kind and responded quickly to my plumbing emergency. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future issues.

When another company cancelled on me at the last minute (because it was raining, at their office, not at my home?!) VIP came through in a pinch! I was having a get together for the 4 th with family and friends and needed the Ceptic tank pumped out. They were courteous and quick. The tech they sent out did a great job for a good price! Now the party can go on without any worries about the plumbing. Thanks so much VIP!

VIP plumbing are amazing. Always able to come on the weekends when I am home. The plumbing tech Junior is awesome. Very professional and explains what he is going to do before he does it. Then recaps and answers any questions at the end. Very courteous and respectful of me and the house, so not to track in dirt when needing to come in the house. Very reasonable on price for the work done. If you need an excellent plumber VIP is your choice. Thanks Vip Plumbing.

The guys are the real deal. My technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what was needing to be done and why the work was necessary. He talked to us, not at us. Told exactly how much it was going to cost. No it could or might be or maybe. He treated us like Family. That is very rare, now days. Just give these guys a call. Great work.

Dillon and another guy, which I didnt catch his name, they came out, found the issue causing our septic system to back up, and fixed it all in one day when others all said it was the lateral lines being the issue. Both of them did amazing, and I would recomend this company to anyone looking for a reliable service.

I had a water leak late at night. Cliff answered the phone and walked us through getting things shut off. He sent Junior and Dillon out first thing the next morning. I received amazing and prompt service. Cliff, Junior, and Dillon are all great. The price was very fair. I strongly recommend this company.

Would love to give a big shout out to Zachary at Vip PlumbingOk. Worked with us to get our heater replaced quick when it went down, but the manufacturer over tightened this bolt for the outlet which I have attached a picture of. Zach hung in there and got it installed. Also came back to check on it. VIP also took care of us during the ice storm of 2021. Thank you so much. Would also highly recommend their service plan as well.

Very satisfied with Gerry's work. He also hooked up water to the refrigerator and hooked up sink drain where garbage disposal was.

Dillon &Junior arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went directly to work. They kept us updated every step of the way. We definetly will use them in the future
