Wow! We had an outdoor faucet explode out of no where well after hours and flooded our back yard. As first time homeowners we panicked! Vip Plumbing spent over half an hour talking us through the process of how to find our water main shut off. Truly Vip service.

Gerry from VIP came and checked out my shower. The water was either too hot or all cold. He took the assembly(?!) apart, isolated the problem, called about the parts (I was blessed, as they were in stock), went and picked up the parts, installed the new parts, reassembled the assembly, and had us ready to shower again in just a couple of hours. Gerry was obviously quite proficient at his job, and beyond that, he was personable and easy to talk to. My experience with VIP Plumbing has been top shelf!

These guys went above and beyond to fix a drain issue. I had several other plumbers out and they just wanted to cut through my floors. This crew saved me 10s of thousands of dollars by snaking the drain like no other plumber would. They want to do the right thing. I highly recommend them.

Had a clogged drain in the kitchen Junior came out told me what he was going to do how much the price and did a good job didn't take very long. Then had a small leak and then he came back fix that all good to go.

We’ve had this recurring drainage issue every couple years since purchasing our home - usually a simple fix with resetting the backup preventer. This time we experienced a sewer emergency (backup) 18 hours before we were to leave home on vacation. Chris came out in the early evening after another job and worked hard to fix it for several hours, had to make a trip to the shop for additional tools, but got things temporarily working. We arranged with Preston to investigate further while we were gone; they brought in the camera and were able to determine that our problem was due to the ground subsiding beneath the waste line over the years, and bowing to the point where the line would not gravity drain. We decided to fix the issue once and for all - excavate and install a new waste line from the house to the street. Preston and the folks from VIP came in with their equipment, dug, removed, and reinstalled a new line before we returned from our trip. They kept us well informed throughout the entire process with photos and texts. They took precautions to minimize damage to our sprinkler lines and underground wiring; they protected the lawn with plywood platforms for their heavy equipment, and placed tarps to contain the soil. Now we’re awaiting final inspection and refilling the trench.
I’m extremely satisfied with the work VIP Plumbing has done for us over the past few years. They’ve proven to be honest, reliable, hard working folks who will treat your job as if it’s their own home. I highly recommend this company.

VIP Plumbing did an outstanding job. Gerry & Junior ran a 1”, 300’ water line from my house water hydrant to my barn, adding 2 more hydrants at the barn. Both Technicians were polite and handled themselves in a professional manor. Gerry kept me informed every step of the way. Both Technicians answered any question I had regarding the installation process and even helped with decisions making when it came to one way or the other, with pros & cons. I would recommend VIP Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic workmanship from a responsive team of professionals. I had a major problem in two locations of my home and the quickly and efficiently fixed both problems in a timely manner. The cost was reasonably priced and even offered a discount for a membership where they come out twice a year and even a warranty on their work for 5 years. I appreciate how quickly they answered the phone and set me up on their schedule by appointment. They are the only local company that answered the phone and even called me back when I needed clarification on an appointment to reschedule. Awesome job you guys!

Ryan and Tristan showed up promptly and assessed the problem. They repaired pipes and installed a new water heater. The old one was not plumbed correctly so Ryan corrected the plumbing. Everything was cleaned up and I was ready to go. Thanks Ryan and Tristan for a fast and awesome job!!!

Junior came out after dark..mind-you, and handled our sewage back up issue. He was educational and kind. We are greatly appreciative.

What a life saver! Had a shutoff valve replaced at my well! The tech Gerry was very knowledgeable. Explained everything and had it fixed it in 15 minutes! God Bless you , VIP Plumbing!

Did great work for us. Best pricing, went the extra mile to repair some of our water leaks and very efficient! Will definitely use them again!!

I called late last night and they had a guy named Junior come out the next morning. Junior was great, very kind and helpful! I ended up having no more problems for the rest of the day. Did give me some options icing forward with my dilemma. Highly recommend, he was fantastic.

We thought we had a leak in our wall so I called half a dozen plumbers who never responded or couldn’t get to it until Monday. Luckily for us, VIP Plumbing answered and said they would have Ryan over that day to check everything out.

Turns out the leak was in the slab and he would have to bust out our floor to get to the leak and make the repair. After going back to get the tools needed, Ryan quickly returned and got to work.

He taped off the area to minimize the mess (and it was a HUGE mess by the time he got to the leak), took out the tile with precision, dug out a massive amount of dirt under the house and finally found the leak(s).

He replaced some of the pipes, put back all of the dirt, poured the concrete for the foundation and left nearly without a trace! Ryan was extremely polite, had excellent communication keeping us updated on the process/price and was at our house until nearly 1 a.m. getting everything back together.

And it couldn’t have come at a better time as the temperature began dropping that night and it has been below freezing since he finished the project.

I’ve already recommended Ryan and VIP to two different people and will 100 percent use them again (especially if Ryan is available) in the future.

Tremendous work and customer service!

Replaced a broken septic line. Estimate done...work completed next day. Guy were real personable and professional. Would recommend them for any plumbing work. Financing would be nice though.

Called VIP once again for a clogged D-Box. Junior came and cleared the clog with his usual smile and courteous nature. Will call them again.

Junior and his teammate were personable and professional. He provided an air of reassurance that they would get the job done and done well. I’ll definitely use your company again in the future (though I pray I’ll never have to!) 😁

Junior and Dillon provided excellent service once again! They took care to protect my home while making repairs, and they did a great job with clean-up. They are personable, professional, diligent, and very hard-working! I would recommend these two gentlemen and VIP Plumbing to anyone and everyone!

Great laid back professional and personable service!! VIP cleared me a slot in their busy schedule when I had a pipe burst flooding my yard.

I’ve had stoppage issues caused by roots for many years and finally decided to get it resolved. I contacted VIP Plumbing and requested Mr. Junior Ramsey. He and his assistant used a jackhammer to break through the concrete to expose the pipes. Since the pipe leading from the clean-out was in such poor condition, the whole pipe had to be replaced. It was a huge mess and took over 10 hours, but he and his assistant worked hard and diligently to correct the issue. I appreciated being kept informed of the process and they were very respectful of my furniture/property. Mr. Ramsey and his assistant did a fabulous job with the whole process. Since the weather has been terrible, he assured me he would get it completed before he left. Thanks again Mr. Ramsey and VIP Plumbing! If I have any other issues, I’ll be sure to call the experts.

We needed a plumber right away, and within a couple of hours they sent Gerry out. He did a quick and thorough job and we are grateful our issue has been fixed! Thank you!

Junior and Dylan were great! They diagnosed my issues with leaking showers and fixed the issues at a very fair and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again, if necessary, in the future.
