When I called to ask my questions the woman I spoke with was so helpful and friendly. I called at 4 in the afternoon and our technician was out by 7. The problem was solved and cleaned up before 8. Our technician Gerry was very nice & knowledgeable.
I highly recommend using this company. We will for sure if we need plumbing services in the future.

We had 2 new toilets replaced with units recommended by VIP Plumbing and are extremely pleased with all aspects of the service that was then provided by Tommy England our technician who was dispatched! He was on time, courteous, efficient, cleaned up and hauled off the old ones. We highly recommend VIP as they deliver as promised and are fair in pricing to boot!

Junior came to our home to fix a very lose bathtub faucet that had been previously repaired by someone else. Junior, as well as his partner, was very professional, respectful, and fast at getting it done! He went above and beyond to get us taken care of. They even cleaned up the area where drywall had to be removed and rehung the removed portion as to not leave a gaping hole in the wall. I would highly recommend Junior for all plumbing needs!

The service from your tech Tommy was very good..he explained what was wrong and even tho I had no paperwork he managed find out it was still under warranty..replaced with new..the electrical wire to tank or something was too short..he got the right size..did all he could to fix perfectly..unfortunately he had to defer me to get an electrician. For that I thank him..my electrical problem that should have been fixed in 2022..by Mr electric was done as a bandaid..his work and recommendations was spot on. You are now in my phone book. Thank you..

VIP Plumbing did a great job repairing my main sewer line. Both Junior and Dillon were excellent and knowledgeable. Repairs were done quickly and with high quality.

Simple clogged toilet that needed snaking. Technician was negotiating prices like it was an auction. Dragged in mud and left a huge mess all over the floors and walls. Then on the last trip into the house, decided to put on cover over his boots. Look elsewhere.

I had them come out to look at my latter lines and septic tank.They said it would cost six hundred and twenty five dollars to run down a camera and a snake down the line. Then they gave us a quote to fix the problem that they said that there was a break in the latter line and the accepted would have to be emptied. The quote they gave me was over $3800, but they said they would take the 625 off the $3800. Still, it still came to almost $3300. I'd looked around and I found a cheaper way to go because they charged. They still kept the $625 to run a camera and a snake down the lines with almost every other plumbing. Company charges anywhere from 59 to $250. They seem 2 women and I think they took full on advantage of us. I would not recommend VIP to anybody ever ever again. They will rip you off.

Very Expensive!! A 30 minute job and was charged over $400.00. The work was fine, but I’m sure there are less expensive plumbing companies.
