paid to do roofing, siding, gutters, flashing and they ghosted. always hard to get a hold of, won't return calls, voicemails or texts, a year after hail storm and they still haven't come to do siding, guttering or flashing. they left trash and screws, and I'm talking a lot, enough to fill up a 50 gallon brute trash can on both roofs they did. reporting to USAA and BBB. do not do business with Russell howell. he was never at the job site except to get money, when he did, it was unannounced, and he was drunk and didn't care about the job or problems, just getting paid. he is the type of contractor you don't want to work with under any circumstances. this was a VERY well paid insurance job....and he couldn't be bothered to finish or have the courage to tell me he wasn't coming back....material coming this week, then 3 weeks later, then he just ghosted. I was more than patient.
