I have used this business twice. Once to clean and mulch the flower beds last year. Once this year to trim my shrubs. Very good work, very professional and just an all around nice guy! I highly recommend this business to my friends!

The crew was timely, communicated and were very responsive, fit us into the schedule quickly, worked very hard, were very polite, responded to everything with a positive and can-do attitude, were able to get out some gnarly roots and stumps that we had given up on ever removing, made sure we loved everything, and it looks amazing! They took care of everything and we get to sit back and enjoy the results: created the design, prepped the flower beds and removed old and dead shrubs, installed the design, installed the mulch! Alec and team did an outstanding job prepping my flower beds for the new season and repairing a broken fence from the recent storms. I was so impressed! I'll definitely be calling back for them to plant and maintain my landscaping. Not only was the actual work impressive, but I also received exceptional and timely communication and customer service!

UPDATE:
After leaving this review, Justin contacted me to let me know he has taken another roll at another company and he would have Alec contact me. I was told that it appeared based on photos we weren’t watering enough and the flowerbed looked dry, but Alec ended up coming out to replace the dead plants and said the ground was extremely wet, as if we had been overwatering. All our other flowerbeds are doing great with the amount of watering, so we aren’t sure why this particular flowerbed isn’t draining well enough. Either way all of this could have been avoided had there been better communication by Justin to let me know to contact someone else because he isn’t there anymore. With all that said we now have Alec’s number and will only contact him in the future if we have any issues or need anything else done. Overall, we were happy with the design, the crew, and everything and are hopeful things will be good moving forward now.

We had our landscaping done by Augusta. Before and during the process, Justin was very responsive, but after we paid I cannot get him to even respond to me. Right after everything was installed, we had a big storm come through and one of the rose trees was leaning really bad, so I text Justin a picture and he said he would be out to fix it. I never heard from him so my husband dug it up and replanted it himself. Fast forward a few weeks, I could tell several things were not looking good and we have sprinklers in the waterbed, so everything was getting watered. I text Justin to help. I didn’t know what was going wrong and wanted to try to fix whatever it was so everything would not die, but Justin wouldn’t even respond to me. Now it has been almost a month and an half and many of the plants dead. After a month of texting him and at the end emailing the company through their website, Justin finally text me and asked how they were being watered, I responded and that was the last time I’ve heard from him. Now we spent over $1,600 on our beds to be redone only to have a ton of money down the drain in plants and flowers. I ultimately used them over a more established company because several of them were Jenks grads and I wanted to support that they were trying to run their own business, but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated I chose to do that now.

Alec and his crew did an awesome job on our yard! Cleaned and cleared all my beds all day. It was the cleanest they’ve ever been! Trimmed the shrubs and dead headed my summer grasses, planted fall flowers…great job! They even put my Halloween decorations back in the right spots!! Highly recommend!
