Phillip and Ethan did a great job for us today. They showed up on time, were very hard workers and used care with the furniture and walls. They had to carry heavy stuff up 3 flights of stairs in the Aug. heat. Couldn’t have done it without them!

I've used First Choice Relocation many times....2018, 3 times, 4 times in 2024 and then in January this year and 1 more coming up in March! From Dana in the office to all of the guys that I've had move my things, they've all been awesome....going the extra mile!! Kenny took the time to help me figure out why my treadmill wasn't working A friend had helped me move it prior and it never worked after that until Kenny took it apart and showed me the issue!! I've had Eddy, Garrett, Austin, Tyler, Kenny, Jayme, Nathan and Andy recently all at different times throughout 2024 and 2025 move my things and they were not easy moves, as I have big heavy furniture and one location they moved me out of and then back into was a 3 story condo! Not an easy move! I can highly recommend any of these guys to take good care of your things and tweak the placement of your furnishings according to your desires with a happy attitude! Dana is great with scheduling and accommodating if at all possible! I will use them again!! Also they offer a discount for seniors!

Phillip and Jammie were extremely professional, timely, efficient, hard working and very thorough in making sure everything was undamaged, placed and put together effectively. Will absolutely call them again in any other moves I make. They came fully prepared and equipped for any possible situation that may have arisen.

First Choice Relocation in Jenks is an excellent moving company. From beginning call with Dana, (and follow up calls), to the actual move with Phillip and Nate, everything was timely, care taken with our belongings and done by two very courteous, pleasant movers. They picked up from storage in Oklahoma City, then to house, then to Jenks house and then to new storage. Phillip and Nate worked fast, carefully and beyond what was expected. First Choice was definitely the right choice for us.

We had a great moving experience with First Choice! This was our first time hiring movers and we under estimated what we truly needed. The accommodated and worked hard til the end! Austin, Andy & Trey did amazing and we are so grateful!

They did a great job moving us from Tulsa to Norman. They worked almost nonstop, didn’t break any of our stuff, and they were very careful to protect our walls and doorways. Their estimate was very close to our final cost. All in all, they made the whole move as easy as it could be, and I would definitely use them again.

I am a facilities coordinator in a very large upscale continued care community, and I have Dana and her team jumping through hoops, but I have yet to be let down by them they always find a way to accommodate my needs for our residents. I highly recommend them to everyone regardless of the size of the move.

Austin and Willis did a great job moving my furniture between houses. I had an antique set of furniture that they were able to dismantle, move, and reassemble with no damage at all! They were very friendly and efficient, and I would definitely use their services again!

From the first visit by Dana to give a quote until the time that the team unloaded the last piece of our goods off the truck 1000 miles later, this company was highly professional, sincerely personable, and went the extra mile. This team are professional movers, not day labor. They went beyond what was agreed to accommodate us. All of our items were packed with great care and thoughtfulness; and that is why from sensitive electronic gear to antique furniture to very fragile pottery, all arrived with NO issues! Phillip and Jamie with First Choice Relocation in Jenks are truly amazing. I think they are the hardest working guys I have ever been around. The moved my daughter from Oklahoma City to the Tulsa area. From the time they arrived until they finished they did not stop. From moving into a storage facility to carrying boxes and furniture to the second floor they did not slow down. They were making me tired watching. When I tried to help I was in their way. We will definitely use them again. For the work they did they were a bargain.

Friendly, prompt, fast & careful. They moved digital pianos & guitars for me upstairs & did a great job! I highly recommend them!

After using 2 other local companies and having a poor experience, I called First Choice Relocation and they more than exceeded expectations in every aspect of the process! From scheduling and logistics with Dana to the pack out, relocate and move-in with the entire crew. I work for a large retirement community in Tulsa. I used to have 3 different mover/relocators I would use for moving furniture from model apartment or cottage to another. Now I only have 1! First Choice has never let me down, even with last minute moves. All of their staff are friendly and professional and have always gone above & beyond. Whenever anyone asks if I could recommend a moving company, I ALWAYS recommend First Choice!

I was unprepared and caught a bit off guard the morning of our move as each of your employees shook my hand as they introduced themselves to me. To a man, they were each very polite and personable throughout the chaos of my disarray being uncertain where each item was to be placed.

All items were carefully wrapped in heavy moving blankets. The doorframes that they would transit were similarly protected. I was told several times as an item was positioned that if I later decided I would like for it to be shifted in any way they would be glad to do so.

I NEVER want to go through another move but if it is required, First Choice will be my 1st choice.

Don't be fooled by any good reviews. We had a TERRIBLE moving experience with First Choice Relocation.

Warning, this review may be a little long.

(A) We were scheduled as the first move of the day, and were told to expect the movers between 8:30 and 9:00 am for a job that should take about 4-5 hours. The team of movers contacted us at 8 am the morning of the move to let us know they would be on the way soon; however, they did not arrive at our house in Broken Arrow (from Jenks) until 9:40am.

(B) In addition to taking frequent smoke breaks, the team of movers took an extraordinarily long (1hr 17min) lunch break. I called the office when the movers didn't return after 1 hour, and Macy had to call them to get them to return to the house to finish the job. As of 2pm, the movers had only completed a total of 3 hours of actual work.

(C) When the movers returned from their lengthy lunch break, the first guy to walk into our house was someone whom I had never seen before. He wasn't a part of the crew who arrived in the morning, and he apparently replaced the "team lead" while they were gone to lunch. In fact, he claimed to be the "team lead's brother" and would finish the job on his behalf.

(D) The crew didn't bring any of their own tools to job. When it came time to do things like take refrigerator doors/handles off, they had to borrow my tools. That was a first for me.

(E) We had MAJOR PROBLEMS with the packing job. At 6pm -- more than 8 hours after they began -- we finally had to tell them to stop packing because they were just throwing things in to the back of a trailer. (I'll attach images.) We had to travel back to town a week later in order to load another trailer and finish the job.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
- I have a ceramic smoker on a wooden cabinet on casters that I have moved in the past without incident. I provided specific instructions up front to handle with care; however, the movers forgot to load it on the 26' truck (where they could roll it up a ramp) and instead loaded it on a small 10' trailer where it jostled around during the drive. In addition, they knocked one of the feet loose from the grill while loading it, but neglected to tell me. As a result, my $800 smoker arrive at our new home with a huge crack in the base.

- They did not pad, nor wrap, our brand new (2 months old) Maytag washer and dryer. The dryer arrived at our new home with several scratches on the front. (We provided 60 moving pads, which was more than enough for the job.)

- They packed our upright piano near the very end of the truck instead of loading it on near the front and did not handle with care nor properly pad it. It arrived at our new home with a deep gouge and multiple scratches on the side.

- They neglected to wrap nor pad my large craftsman tool chests (with drawers). Fortunately, they weren't damaged; however, they should have been wrapped.

The packing job was haphazard. There were huge holes where nothing was packed. I have pictures that show a tower of boxes tipped over before we even left the house. I'll include images that show how bad it was.

(F) When I first notified First Choice about the problems, they responded positively and offered to pay to replace and/or repair the damaged items mentioned above. They asked me to provide some proof of the value, which seemed reasonable to me. However, once I provided them with the documentation, they essentially ghosted me. Since providing the information they requested, I have called five times, left 2 or 3 voicemails, and sent 4 or 5 emails, but they refuse to acknowledge or respond to any of my messages.

I have moved many times, but until now, I have never received service this poor from any moving company.
