Hired him to wire my new home. His guys kept on making mistakes. I p[aid him in full .......... He wanted to charge me for his guys mistakes. When heat and air guy came to install the units they informed me that thermostat wire are not done correctly............I called him and him and his wife got very rude and refuse to do the warranty work...............very,very disappointed!

The driver of one of their commercial vehicles cut me off in a highly trafficked construction area near Owasso! He almost caused me to wreck. I noticed he was distracted on the phone after I was finally able to go around.

Probably the greatest electrical company ever if we're being honest

Power went out in half of new build home which is under warranty but way to contact this company. Edison Electric Co was the contractor for the electrical and we were told to contact them. The number provided just rings and has no voicemail. The website looks like a 3rd grader created it with very little information on it. Very disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend if can be avoided. You'll be left in the dark.

Twice we had to have Edison send technicians out to help resolve issues, both times a set of proficient, polite, clean technicians out to assist. They are punctual and thorough, glad to have chosen Edison Electric!

I’ve never used or even heard of Edison Electric but I’m writing this review because I am very thankful to the 4 trucks I drive by at 6:15am on Elwood.
Several years ago I got my first job as a 16 year old and I was not at a good place in my life. I opened each morning which meant I had leave the house at 6:15am and many mornings on my drive to work was the hardest part of my day because I would debate on instead of going to work I would just keep driving and run away from my family, my work, my problems, everything and never return. Each morning I would drive past 4 Edison Eclectic trucks and I still remember what each man looked like as they drove by each morning.
Seeing these 4 trucks became the highlight of my day because when I saw that they all had to get up and do the same thing each day just like me it made me feel a little better. It gave me motivation to get through each day because if they can do it then so can I. So each morning on my way to work instead of thinking about running away I would look for the Edison Electric trucks and count all 4. This lasted for about a year and a half until my shift was changed. At that point I was a lot happier but I did miss seeing those 4 trucks each morning because something about just seeing them and those men driving them made my day seem possible.
These last few months my hours got changed back to the opening shift and so I now get to see these trucks again. They always put a smile on my face as I drive past them. So thank you Edison Electric for being my motivation to get through each day. Thank you to the men who drove/sat in the passenger seats of those 4 trucks. Sometimes it’s the littlest things that can change a persons day and for me it was Edison Electric.

Edison Electric is always professional, responsive, punctual, and just super helpful. They are my first call whenever my old house has an electrical issue & they always come through for me on short notice. I am thankful for this company and its owners.

I got to meet one of their electricians today - Hayden (or Hadden - sorry, not sure) and he was an honest, humble guy and I would be happy for him to work on my electrical anytime. The owners should be proud of him.

We recently utilized Edison Electric for the replacement of two malfunctioning outlets. Their prompt service and professional demeanor were commendable. Haden, the technician, efficiently diagnosed and resolved the issue, ensuring our electrical system's safety and functionality. I highly recommend Edison Electric for any electrical needs.

I used this business, referred to me by my plumber, for a second opinion after a "failed" pressure test of my under-slab drainage system by another plumber. A passing test was required before I could get interior piering done (foam injection, actually). The first plumber performing the leak test estimated thousands of dollars just to isolate the leak. American Leak Detection sent one man to do the work. He was personable and professional. He used a different drain for the test, easily lower than the one used by the previous plumber, and the water level didn't budge after 30 minutes. So it was a "pass." I would recommend American Leak Detection in a heartbeat. They responded promptly, and both on the phone and in person were professional and courteous. Unlike the first leak detection service, they never made me feel like I was being scammed.

Having any kind of plumbing issues is historically awful. I noticed my house having plumbing issues and was referred to another plumber service in Tulsa, OK. They let us know that we had a water leak somewhere in our system but could not identify the severity or location of the leak. That plumbing company suggested replacing our ENTIRE PLUMBING SYSTEM underneath the slab of our home. They reported that since they could not locate the leak with their tests or cameras that the best option was to cut a trench throughout my entire house and replace everything which would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Hearing this news was an absolute nightmare. We wanted a second opinion and were referred to American Leak Detection. Our ALD Technician Rich came out to the house and had the leak pinpointed in an hour or so and didn’t have to destroy my house to do it. He was confident in his findings. I approved the work, and we scheduled the repair. Rich nailed the location. Throughout this entire process he has been very forthcoming with everything he was doing. He answered every question and concern I had and gave me step-by-step directions on the plan to repair it, the timeline, and cost. He’s left the work area spotless after each day and has been extremely courteous and kind to my children who try as hard as they can to get in his way. He’s worked extremely hard and efficient to get this job done correctly to help relieve stress, and not run up the cost. If you think you are having plumbing issues call American Leak Detection before you approve another company to do unnecessary, and incredibly expensive work.

Kyle and Ishmael came out to find our leak. They went above and beyond to find our leak and talk us through solutions for our pool pump/tree root mess. They were thorough, worked quickly yet professionally. Very courteous! We were glad to have them help us and we will definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any of your services. Thank you Kyle and Ishmael!

Kyle was the technician who was assigned to my job. He was very professional and thorough in determining that it wasn't a pipe leaking. I will definitely not hesitate to use American Leak Detection's services in the future should the need arise.
