Armando called on his way and was right on time. Very courteous and professional and quickly determined where the leak in our pool was and provided a contractor name for repairs. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection.

Love this company and definitely recommend them!!! We have used them twice in a year and they are fast, professional and get the job done right. After using several other plumbing companies who were not as helpful, we will be calling America leak in the future. A big shout out to Gabe! He was so helpful and professional. He definitely needs a raise!

Every once in a while, you get a truly great experience from a service provider, in this case American Leak. Each of the people I interacted with were really good but one stood out above the rest and that is a young man by the name of Gerald. I had a leak that was underneath the the concrete slab and he was not going to leave without getting it fixed. He showed a dogged determination that I use to promote people for having. He not only got the leak fixed but he reinstilled my hope in my fellow man. A great attitude and joy to work with, thank you Gerald!

Derek/Derrick our technician was AWESOME! A true professional. All the stuff you want, honest, good communication, knowledgeable, expeditious, thorough. He found and fixed our pool leak. He explained everything well before and after. A+ to Derek and American leak detection. Pricing was as was estimated on the phone with Jamie. Highly recommended.

Shelby located a leak in our slab. He was professional and extremely time efficient. I worked in plumbing for 10 years long ago and I am super impressed with how fast he isolated the line. The leak is small. I was concerned he may have trouble locating it. I highly recommend their leak detection service and Shelby, especially! We are out-of-state and it is awesome to know we made the right decision!

Everyone I've worked with at ALD has been excellent - very responsive to calls/questions, and very helpful. Drew was amazing - communicated well and kept me informed each step of the process. He made me feel like "fixing my problem" was his priority. He wasn't just "putting in his time". So refreshing! And everyone in the offices have been great - billing, scheduling, customer service... class act! So glad we hired ALD!

Our plumber was thorough, but a 45 minute inspection took 2 hours and cost $530 with no work being done. Kinda seemed like he was going slow and doing a lot of talking to stretch the time out. They were upfront on the cost, I just didn't think it would go that high since our issue was pretty simple.

Gabe was very friendly, professional and personable. My meter is about 200 yards from my house across my pasture with 4 hydrants between my house and the barns. He thoroughly checked the whole line and within 2 hours he located the leak by the house. Very happy with his professionalism and the company

We experienced a hot water line leak under our foundation slab and called American Leak Detection. They sent Ishmael out to inspect and recommend a probably leak location. He was very professional and experienced in what can be a difficult task. Ishmael found the leak area and indicated it with tape. The plumbers then came out and discovered that the leak was in the area that Ishmael had indicated. I was impressed, because the sound we heard was at the opposite end of the line where it was actually leaking. It was amazing. We can't thank Ishmael enough. He did an outstanding job and knew what he was doing. We highly recommend Ishmael and American Leak Detection for their professional service and reasonable price.

Communication was right on what they said. Lopez Ishmael was very nice, understanding, explained everything he was doing, and best of all 100% on where the water leak was. So worth the money to have them locate your leaks.

Courteous and on time. I was able to get a technician out quickly. My only negative was that the technician didn't fully trace our pipe line for our plumber. He did directly call our plumber which was wonderful for me.

I did email the company before posting this and they did not respond. The 2 guys were prompt and courteous, but I was not confident they had found the problem when they left. I told them so, but they assured me they had.
Anyone can direct a high pressure spray at the corner of a door long enough, make it leak and charge $525. The actual source of the leak was behind an electrical junction box for the air conditioner, not the corner of the door. It was technically within a 5 foot radius of the door, but in practical terms of actually finding what to fix, useless.
I knew another leak was a little below ground at the slab level. I thought they would have dug a little to pinpoint the actual cause of the leak instead of just spraying the surface and saying, "well it's somewhere down there." I already knew that.
I see now why they get your signature and credit card number before they come out. They get paid no matter what.
I'm very disappointed and I feel like a fool for wasting $525. I do not recommend this company. Just use your own hose and find the leak yourself.

Had a hot water leak, Shawn came out on a Saturday and stayed until we had hot water. He went beyond my expectations, great job. Very professional and also friendly to my dogs. Highly recommend them.

Drew and Celsa did the work at my house. They took every precaution, above and beyond, to do as little damage to our tile as possible. This included digging in inconspicuous places and creating a tunnel that went the length of one room, under a hallway to another closet. We had extensive leaks throughout the entire house. They took the time needed to analyze the situation, but they did not drag their feet, since we are charged by the day. It was a rough job for them, I know, with 9 places needing to be dug up and repaired. They were a pleasure to work with while our house was torn up and we lived out of various rooms. I can't recommend these two stronger for any complicated job out there. Ours was complex and required some out-of-the-box thinking to get the job done.

The technician came out and it was quite apparent he was under qualified. He spent the first 2 hours on the line I had previously identified as the leaky line. First he didn't bother to fill the line with water to hear the leak. I told him there was a hose in the pool area so he could fill the line and better hear the leak. He walked around at times in the middle of the yard, no where near the underground pool lines, which I told him where they we located. Finally he called a more experienced technician who put water in the line, listened to what I told him and found the leak within the hour. The technician explained their equipment wasn't working properly. After, I get a bill for $900. I will never use them again.

We just finished up some extensive under-slab sewer line repairs in preparation for some foundation repairs we have coming up. I was very pleased with our entire experience with American Leak Detection. Everybody we interacted with was great, starting with my first call to them, through scheduling, and all of the way to the onsite technician. I want to specifically give kudos to our technician Chris. He was polite, very knowledgeable, worked hard while he was here, and communicated extremely well throughout the process. He made what could have been a very difficult situation much better for us. I would not hesitate to recommend American Leak Detection to anybody.

Staff and technicians with American Leak Detection of Eastern Oklahoma were great. The office staff member, Jamie, answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Colby and Shawn helped advise me on an easy troubleshoot prior to their arrival to test my pool. I received an estimate from another Tulsa pool company that stated I had many things that needed to be done totaling $10,500. I thought this was a dishonest and incorrect assessment and felt pressured to start the work. Colby and Shawn gave me honest answers. My pool had passed and did not need $10,500 worth of work. I recommend American Leak Detection to anyone! Trustworthy, honest, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional...across the board.

It was easy to set up an appointment with this company and that was just the beginning of our experience. The technician called us to let us know he was on the way and he arrived as anticipated. Chris was neat and clean, very polite, mindful of our property, and kind. He explained everything he was going to do and kept us informed of his findings throughout the inspection.
This is not an inexpensive process, but I highly recommend American Leak Detection if you have a need. We have them scheduled to return next week to locate our leak because we are confident they have the expertise to do just that.
