I needed new gutters and fascia. They came out and said they could do it, took measurements, then ghosted me. I eventually called them back to ask why the delay. They said they were waiting for me to call them so they could give me the quote. That doesn't make any sense. Anyway we smoothed things over and agreed to get back on track. Then they ghosted me again. UPDATE 4/23/2022: He just called my home phone because of this review. He says he showed up and rang the doorbell and no one answered. I was housebound at the time, so I was definitely home, but let's assume for a moment all of that is true and I didn't hear the doorbell or my dogs or see the Ring notification. I could have responded to a call or text or even email. He was certainly quick enough to call when he saw this review. He just said "I should send you an invoice for wasting my time". And he is upset about this review I tagged "not professional"? Point proven.
