They were great I guess the best thermostats aren’t great and can cause problems. They installed a new basic thermostat and everything worked. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is they charged me over $100 for the new thermostat which I found online for 60 dollars.

Replaced our old ac unit, couldn't hold coolant, defective unit...replaced with 2nd unit, had to have coolant put in every season for 6-7 years. Another company came in found the problem with in 20 minutes, had to replace. 2nd unit was defective as well. This is the first summer we've had a great working ac. Avoid Accuair.

We have been using AccuAir for years. They are always very nice and professional with reasonable pricing. They always answer my questions and I would highly recommend them.

If this is the same Acuu Air that now offices in a building at 3450 151 street in Keifer who's owner is named Kelly, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! He runs a shady business practice, here's how it works: He will send out a young man named Aaron who is a nice guy but knows little of nothing about how to fix your heater. Our first experience: He had to come out 5 times to get the heater working 5 times. He called it fixed when he bypassed the switch causing the fan to run full time. While on site, Aaron spends most of his time on his cell phone asking Kelly what to try next all the while Kelly is charging you high labor costs. This way our first experience with them. My wife being a kind hearted soul allowed them a second chance on one of our rentals, same results, Asron playing trade a part, on the phone racking up labor costs. After trading out several parts, Aaron announces that it is the thermostat a brand new part, after not allowing him to replace it, Kelly over the phone tells him its the induction fan. Aaron tells my wife he's done that we can get the part and fix the heater. Our charges $130 bucks.labor plus parts over 240, heater not fixed. After comp ourselves. After complaining Aaron comes out the second day, finally gets the unit running, wants another 180 in labor for a 20 minute job. THAT'S KELLY'S BUSINESS PRACTICE, SHADY!

Our ac unit froze up and we called this place. They sent someone out within a few hours who had first said that we had a slow leak. When he got here he said no we didnt and we were almost empty on freon, so he filled it up --2 1/2 pounds. Our unit takes 7. Ok, first visit was $207. Our house is 5 years old. The unit is a 2008. $ days later, our ac is frozen up again. Called back. They will be out first thing in the morning to repair the leak. When he came out at 10am, he did not bring with him the proper equipment to repair the leak so he will have to come back next week, but in the meantime he will have to put in the 5 pounds of freon it lost ----it only had 2 1/2 pounds from last week. 5 pounds of freon to leak out over the next week at $50 a pound. $250 plus $207 for him to not fix the leak. And when he comes out next week it will take him hours to fix. And then more freon. All of this will end up costing over $1000 for a job to be dragged out that should have been fixed immediately. And he told us upfront there was a leak, ac is a sealed unit so your refrigerant should never need recharged unless there is a leak--his words. Keep in mind, our house was built in 2008 and with new equipment. This is a scam 110%.
He (Kelly) never came back out. When the unit refroze, I called someone else who had the leak fixed in 20 minutes, a valve on the outside unit was turned half a turn. When I tried to talk to Kelly, he informed e that I was a liar and so was the other 2 adults who were here at the same time dealing with him. This is a scam artist. He takes advantage of people any chance he gets.
