Very fast friendly service, called in the morning and they were here by 3:00 in the afternoon. Charles was absolutely great, worked very hard to diagnose the issue. Very helpful with all my questions. Will use again, and will recommend for sure.

Both technicians were very competent, polite and finished the job in a timely manner. Notifying us when they were en route was much appreciated! We’ve dealt with this company for installation and a few minor issues and they’ve always been top-notch.

It was super easy to set up an appointment and when Charles and Michael came out, they completely over delivered on their service. I look forward to not only using them for all of my HVAC needs, but referring them to everyone I know.

Accu-air really cares about there customers. There cam out today to check my unit for the summer and no one has ever done that good of job. The man that came out today did more than he had to he cleaned my vent covers and talk to me about how to maintain my unit. This is a very good company, I would definitely recommend them.

I had an air and heat unit installed by another company 5 years ago at the cost of $7000.00. It had to be recharged or repaired every year since new. Frustrated with the service I had been getting, I decided to try Mr. Garrisons service. He came immediately and tested all the equipment, he didn't just tell me what the problem was, he showed me what was wrong. After his repair he also gave me a warranty, which no other service has ever done.
Mr. Garrison knows the equipment and cares about the service he provides his customers. The equipment works better now than it ever has.

Ive got to say that my eperience with Patton air was a very positive one. The guys were very knowledgeable and very polite. They were here on time and didnt waste any time getting straight to work and spotted the problem very quickly and now my furnace is working great! The customer service on the phone was also a good experience and she was very polite as well. I strongly recomend Patton Air and will theyre my new heating and air company because ive had some really bad experiences with other companies and was so relieved to have someone that actually new what they were talking about. I called at 2:30 as our air was blowing warm air. I explained to the CSR our situation. My mother is 97 and the owner of the home has breathing difficulties. Even though they were busy installing a new unit, they called and were here by 4:30 pm. The technician fixed the immediately. We were so grateful. Thank you for your help. BTW. the cost was very minimal.

We would highly recommend Patton Air to anyone.
We had them install a new heat pump and furnace unit. DJ and Kalen gave us good suggestions, and worked hard to make sure everything was done right. DJ corrected numerous shortcuts that previous HVAC company took when they installed original unit.
Very fair in pricing, honest with no hard sales pitch, just good advice.
Wish all businesses were like this.
