The technicians are nice, but they do not have the experience to fix the issue. This is a summer vacation home and I have to take my kids out of school to make it there for an appointment and I have to make a special trip there. Two different technicians came this weekend and neither could fix the issue. Now, I have to make another trip up there with all the hassle that comes along with it. It got very cold there since you guys did not fix the heat and we have nowhere else to stay. We were very cold. I am a single mom and this is very difficult on me. If one canβt get the issue right the first time and you know what the issue is, you need to send someone with experience in the matter and that is capable of fixing it the next time. Very disappointed. π

Two young men showed up on time. Very polite and knew what they were doing. Analyzed the problem and fixed the outside AC unit. Checked further things to assure the unit was in good condition. I would highly recommend them and certainly request them for future repairs.
